I found the good son at the end to be rather disturbing as a child. It was really disturbing when she drop her own child for another, i know he was evil but it still freaked me out.

I guess there are two types of disturbing. Scenes of being creeped out and generally unnerved then I would give to Lost Highway, with Bill Pullman meeting the old man at the party who is simultaneously in his house across town.

Disturbing as in sickening to the core then there is no other competition; turtle mutilation in Cannibal Holocaust. I couldn't even watch the scene without turning away knowing that it was real and not a special effect.

Prince of Darkness has a truly disturbing ending, and so were the 'messages from the future' that were peppered throughout their dreams.

The ending of Blair Witch kinda freaked me out. Espically when watching it at 3AM. I rewound it 3 times trying to make sense of it.

All of The Devil's Rejects was flat out disturbing.

The Hills Have Eyes remake and in particular the camper scene.

Paranormal Activity, the scenes where she's standing next to the bed rocking back and forth for hours. Also the alternate ending was WAY more disturbing than the theatrical release.

Yeah, I'm actually watching on Netflix right now. It's pretty obvious the girls vagina can bite, but I haven't seen anything disturbing, yet. So far, it's kinda boring.

Edit: Ok, I retract my statement. Movie is still kinda boring, but seeing a chopped off penis is kinda disgusting.
