Kid Karnevils pretty freaky, he wanted to wear Jokers skin and was kicked out of hell for scaring the staff.

Spectre is also scary

Kid Miracleman, the Joker is a ***** next to him.

You're soo right I don't even think that you know how right you are. When he does what he did to the only person who is "nice" to him my jaw fell to the floor, burrowed through the earth, and alerted citizens in china that another kid had read the greatest series of all

When I think of him after he says it for the last time, pants around his ankles, tears in his eyes, a world on fire behind him, asking "i did it again, didn't I?" I almost cry, no other villain is at the same time so scary and so sad, some get the scary, some get the sad, but almost none get both (take this as a challenge: I want to find more villians like this scary/sad)

i suppose its all relative the fear factor.
everyone here says batman villains fear...yet i'm sure if superman turned up they know they are gonna lose.
alot of villains don't fear bats and underestimate him...and duly get their ass kicked!
