Superman: The Movie - Sometimes I just throw in this DVD just to hear the theme and watch the credits.
Se7en - love the freaky credits and the music
Spider-man 2 - Alex Ross's art with the score gave me chills
Terminator
Terminator 2
Predator - always love the ending credits with the characters.

The not so obvious -

Game of Death - love the Bruce Lee clips along with John Barry's score
