It never occurred to you that it could have been easier not due to content and coursework, but due to smaller class size?

It wasn't class size it was content. Taking them back to back I could tell, Community College was high school level, University was an advanced level. I asked for help in the University course and still did poorly, barely paid attention in the Community College course and aced it.

but you NEED school kid. There are some people who are actually above high school, that need to take alternate forms of education - like getting a GED - to prevent from being brought down.

Hey Ice-man, if you get a chance, go to you local bank and ask them what you need for a small business loan because its not as easy as your making it sound like. also, L.A. is really expensive, not just renting, but take into account a car (unless you already own one), gas, insurance, food, and other misc. bills. you really gotta do the math on this

yea well i have a year to plan it all out, within the next 8 months il find a good location to settle, put a down payment on the house, and id have another 6 months to move in and settle.

my friend Cory, hes 23 hes run business before so hes got some knowledge of business owning, he was telling me how to approach this so il study on the subject and get things going.

it should take about 2-3 years for it to actually kick off, im fine with that though.

Craigs list and various sites have rental houses/ apartments, i found one thats a 5 bd 6 bth for 2500 a month, split that between 5 people its nothing.
