Well, I also got confused on a few things:
1. He goes from the son of a poor boxer to a highly trained crime fighter with a great apartment and high tech crime fighting equipment, and sensory deprivation tank. How does he get from one to the other? He's shown as a lawyer who gets paid in fish and sporting goods.
2. When he first gets his "powers" as a kid, he does some gymnastics that even highly trained gymnasts would struggle to do, such as the standing backflip (I think it moved forward, so it was a "gainer" backflip) where he kicked the bully. Extra sensory powers or not, the body needs a lot of training to do that. I have trained in gymnastics and have coached in it for several years, I just couldn't believe that.
3. When he goes out searching for bullseye or elektra (prior to elektra stabbing him in the shoulder), Mr. RADAR senses does some karate/baton moves on the bed sheets being hung to dry. Why? I thought that was so lame. I think it's odd that bed sheets are being left out at night, too.
4. Ben Affleck looks like he's got the athleticism of...Ben Affleck, not Daredevil. Tobey McGuire, Christian Bale, and the guy who played Superman (reeves and the new guy) all did a little thing called...weight training. Coulda helped the believeability factor.
do you read daredevil comics?5. Daredevil jumps from the roof of the church across the street. Did I mention the believeability factor? He gets his ass kicked by elektra, then bullseye, and then leaps across the street. When did supersense turn the guy into spiderman?
umm well he does have heightendes senses.. almost on a pre-cog level.. that'd help. plus its a superhero movie... thats like being upset that spidey can do gymnastics without messing up just cuz he got bit... which u don't just do instantly.. it all takes practice, whether ur body can now physically do it or not. least we saw matt train.

What? That's like being upset spidey can do gymnastics without messing up just cuz he got bit? I think that makes some sort of sense. I think.
I did read Spidey had to practice, but he did have superhuman abilities granted to him through the bite...
you know what? we're friggin arguing about daredevil and spiderman. I'll give up and stop, say you won, cuz this isn't an argument I'm getting into. Waaaaay too nerdy. Worse than arguing about who shot first, han or greedo.
