dam you got good eyes it took me some time to figure out which photo the dvd was on an even then i had to look twice cause i missed it :woot:

We have a lot of the same stuff....Like Evolution and Mean Girls...there are many more, bt they seem like more uncommon ones.

just...just why would you do that? why? you have Ghostbusters on on shelf and Ghost busters 2 on another...how the hell can you sleep at night? and some of them are upside down...oh god it's like hell:wow::wow:

Lee Evens, Billy Connolly & Red Dwarf. Dude's got taste! :D:up:

Series 5 is my favorite. Some right classic episodes in that one.

I can only see series 2 in MrMidnite's collection though. Tut tut. :p

yeah i only got series 1,2,3. I think the early episodes are the funniest. Also the reason for the dvd upside down and all over the place is i kinda just moved in, in my last flat the wife actually alphabetized them!:wow:

daredevil needs a better pose, and what is the chair that ironman is sitting in from?

Daredevil looks like I did when I walked out of the DD movie. Sad, depressed, and beaten to submission.

daredevil wasn't nearly that bad... and the directors cut was pretty damn good

Never saw it. I really did feel bad walking out. I was so hoping it would capture the same feeling of the first Spider-Man. But...not even close. It just felt so cheap.

haha you havent even watched the whole thing? dude.. go rent the directors cut... it was pretty damn good

I can't get through the fight on see-saws. Not again. I threw up a little in my mouth when I saw that scene.

i thought that was fun, but honestly that was the only horrible part

Well, I also got confused on a few things:

1. He goes from the son of a poor boxer to a highly trained crime fighter with a great apartment and high tech crime fighting equipment, and sensory deprivation tank. How does he get from one to the other? He's shown as a lawyer who gets paid in fish and sporting goods.

2. When he first gets his "powers" as a kid, he does some gymnastics that even highly trained gymnasts would struggle to do, such as the standing backflip (I think it moved forward, so it was a "gainer" backflip) where he kicked the bully. Extra sensory powers or not, the body needs a lot of training to do that. I have trained in gymnastics and have coached in it for several years, I just couldn't believe that.

3. When he goes out searching for bullseye or elektra (prior to elektra stabbing him in the shoulder), Mr. RADAR senses does some karate/baton moves on the bed sheets being hung to dry. Why? I thought that was so lame. I think it's odd that bed sheets are being left out at night, too.

4. Ben Affleck looks like he's got the athleticism of...Ben Affleck, not Daredevil. Tobey McGuire, Christian Bale, and the guy who played Superman (reeves and the new guy) all did a little thing called...weight training. Coulda helped the believeability factor.

5. Daredevil jumps from the roof of the church across the street. Did I mention the believeability factor? He gets his ass kicked by elektra, then bullseye, and then leaps across the street. When did supersense turn the guy into spiderman?

well theres alot left unsaid.. his training was also suppose to have come from stick... which would have been discussed in a sequel most likely. the tank was the odd part, but money.. he is a lawyer who takes on everyone... hes not poor persay.. but foggy wants him to make more money rather then help the "every man".

umm well he does have heightendes senses.. almost on a pre-cog level.. that'd help. plus its a superhero movie... thats like being upset that spidey can do gymnastics without messing up just cuz he got bit... which u don't just do instantly.. it all takes practice, whether ur body can now physically do it or not. least we saw matt train.

i thought you walked out? how far did u get? lol. its new york... people leave **** out all the time. your being picky... and hes seeing things flap... its disrupting his radar..

maybe... but we never saw much of his body anyway...

do you read daredevil comics?

What? That's like being upset spidey can do gymnastics without messing up just cuz he got bit? I think that makes some sort of sense. I think.

I did read Spidey had to practice, but he did have superhuman abilities granted to him through the bite...

you know what? we're friggin arguing about daredevil and spiderman. I'll give up and stop, say you won, cuz this isn't an argument I'm getting into. Waaaaay too nerdy. Worse than arguing about who shot first, han or greedo.

His father wasn't a total idiot, he had life insurance which Matty recieved upon turning 18.

That was explained it some hoe tied his sense of touch in with strength, also enhanged agility...he said that.....with the whole superpowers thing I think this one can be overlooked as Saint being too picky.

Visual effects....setting a mood, where most of the movies was dark, this was used to set the modd of white and calm....the calm before the storm as it were. Plus I would assume that the flapping of the sheets were sending out extra radar vibes....like when the explosion prevented him from catching the bill club.

4. Ben Affleck looks like he's got the athleticism of...Ben Affleck, not Daredevil. Tobey McGuire, Christian Bale, and the guy who played Superman (reeves and the new guy) all did a little thing called...weight training. Coulda helped the believeability factor.

The movie DD's character wasn't out there fighting crime for the glor of it, he was doing it for personal reasons, to get what he needed to do done....and he already had the natural strenght...I would have found it out of character for Movie DD to have been cut, I thought it fit just fine.

5. Daredevil jumps from the roof of the church across the street. Did I mention the believeability factor? He gets his ass kicked by elektra, then bullseye, and then leaps across the street. When did supersense turn the guy into spiderman?

DD always jumps around in the comics, and his Billy club is often used a lot like Spidey's webs....as is Black Cats thingie....What you left out was the jumping on the Church Organ the size of the astrodome....if you're gonna ***** btch for the right reasons.....

DD is one of my Favorite Marvel Movies.

i don't see much difference between a geneticly altred spider-bite and a vile of toxic waste

I ain't arguing superheroes. I will not tread in those waters!

Might as well argue that kirk was better than picard.

lol well don't diss a superhero movie you walked out of and don't know enough about the character and complain about it and expect no one to say anything on a superhero message board.....
