MS Paint.

My friend in a fit of rage deleted their MS paint. To them this was a very tragic event, when they discovered that it wasn't in there R bin.
So after long hours of searching google for a site to download it. And a failed attempt at transfering it through a email...we have reached are limit....So I ask you all...Where can I download Ms paint?

You can probably get it back in using the add/remove Windows components feature..... go to the control panel, select Add/Remove Programs, then on the left select Add/Remove Windows Components. Find paint in there... you may have to "remove" it first if Windows thinks it's still there and then put it back. Also, depending on what type of installation was done on the machine, you may need a Windows CD or system recovery CD. (Though there's a good chance you don't, as most PCs these days have the windows install on the HD somewhere.)
