My hate for the Peruvian hat

The very existence of this bothers me.


I see girls wearing it, and I think, "meh, it's somewhat cute in a kitschy way." But it's barely tolerable.

I see dudes wearing it, and I want to punch them in the face.

Ushanka hats are the only style similar to this that I approve of, because they are practical, and extremely, extremely warm.
The stupid tassels on these just aggravate me.

The ropes on the ends and the puffy part on top seem excessive and silly, but otherwise the hat looks like a decent way to keep your ears warm along with the rest of your head.

I bought a hat like that last year in white. Except there are two pom-poms on the top and they are attached by a string too.

It's so warm and it was handmade.

You do realize that du-rags serve a purpose right? Some just wear them for no damn reason at all but usually they're worn to keep your hair from looking ****ed up.
