My Hype changes for 2008

    I am throwing this out there because we all probably have an idea or two to improve the Hype.....my improvements are more about making me happy than anything else but please feel free to add on.

    1. Removal of the Celebrity Forum : because there is honestly no valid reason for it to exist and I think it can encourage stalkerish behavior. You will never meet Kate Beckinsale, no matter how many GIF's of her you have.

    2. Make the Hype a pay site: This would clear out a lot of the riff raff and generally make the Hype a nicer place.

    They can delete the celebrity forum once they throw out the sports forum. :rolleyes:

    the sports forum has a function and it should have been added long before the celebrity forum....

    and making the hype a pay site would be ridiculous the majority of people would leave and make the site lose money and eventually shut down

    there is another board similar to this that I post on that went to a pay site last year....traffic has dipped a bit, but things are generally the same

    its not a horrible idea......and the general motivation is cleaning out a lot of the trolls and the like.....I'm trying to figure out how to make things nicer....

    This forum has been around for years, and it's always been enjoyable. Trolls come and go; it's nothing new.

    I dont see anyone else suggesting anything productive.....you cant do an age limit because there is no way to validate.....and we all wish things were a little better on here...

    Fine One Idea Make it so threads have to be pre approved by a mod it will take longer for a new thread but then we wont get the crap

    The Hype works pretty darn well as it is. If people have problems with trolls, maybe they should learn to use the ignore function or just not pay them any attention.
