my laptop is going insane

for some reason when i start this everything is fine< but after a while all i can type in is caps and all links on firefox and ie open in new windows its like the shift keys are constantly stuck but they arnt

nope it's turned off, i turn it on and i get lower case. i also get symbols such as instead of / i get ?.

it seems to be ok now but it was extremely random and strange
