Why in God's name would they throw in another villain on top of all that? So we can have a Batman & Robin situation?

Well I assume it would just be a cameo. I'm hoping either Mysterio or Shocker but I wouldn't mind seeing someone else like Rhino in the begining just to get beat up.

isn't it already a B&R situation, with the three villains, and rumored 4th, why does everyone make that comparison any time a movie has more then two or three characters, that movie wasn’t bad because of the number of villains, it was just a bad storyline, and a lousy plot, A movie can be done with more then one villains, if set up right, which I truth this one will be.
As for the Mysterio’s rumors, I don’t know, just as a cameo its kinda is a waste of a good character, unless he’s being set up for the next movie or something. Which could be cool, cause a character like Mysterios really deserves his own movie.

I agree that this thread isn't really necessary give the number of other threads on Mysterio’s
but, in all farness,(to the creater of this thread) you just bumped the other thread, it wasn't on the first page, so he didn't see it.

and I would assume just figured anything past page one is old topics, that are no longer in use's.

Thats no excuse. It shows when the last post was in a thread. Most of the time, page one is full of threads that say "Today, whatever time". That right there should tell you there are alot of active threads in that forum. The second sign should've been there are 13 pages in the Spoiler forum. Theres been alot thats been discussed. But this is nothing new. It seems most of the newbies these days are just too lazy to look for anything. If its not one of the top 4 or 5 threads being discussed, they feel the need to start another thread.

I dont know if its just me, but doesnt Bruce Campbell do the voice for "learning the moves" in the spiderman the movie games, cause I swear it has to be his voice in the SM2 game.

Because Beck is in the whole film/theater buisness remember?...Thats why he was an anouncer in SM1, the user in SM2, and maybe hell be a striving for some other position...I think thats a genius idea anyhow.

My kids are watching Spidey 2 right now and the scene with Bruce was just on. One of his lines to Parker was something about ruining the "Illusion" by opening the door to let him in. Now that I'm hearing these rumors going around of him playing Mysterio this line kind of makes me wonder if they didn't plan this from the start.

I agree with you. I also find it odd both characters are related some way to the entertainment/ film business! Also, they never tell you the guys name so it could be the same character he's playing too. Maybe after the wrestling guy was robbed the whole thing went belly up and the announcer had to find a new line of work and ends up being an usher at the theater!

Why have another villain at all. Damn 3 could be considered too much as it is becuase no way are all of them going to get the screentime they deserve. I hate Sandman (as people probably know) but like Doc Ock (who I am also not a huge fan of) I thought I might get to like the movie version if they handle Sandys character correctly. But if they are going to shove more and more people in the movie they won't leave enough time for proper character development and I will no doubt keep my opinion of him.

Mysterio might be in the movie..the question is SHOULD Mysterio be in SM3? The answer I would have to reply in the negative...keep him for another sequel.

I don't think he's in it that long. It's more of a wink and a nod type of thing. Hopefully it leaves it open for him to be used as a major bad guy down the road. I'll be ticked if he's blown off as a joke and never seen again.
