Fantasy NBC's Grimm

I remember, i believe Mama Grimm had said that the birth of the baby would signify the beginning of some sort of big event occurring.

I'm very curious to know what the Grimm Knights buried in the dark forest.

Maybe they have Jesus buried in the dark forest. :o If the show dealt with him in anyway there's no telling what kind of spin they would put on him.

Just finish watching last night's episode. One thing I don't get is at the beginning of the Season they had a plotline of some weird changes happened to Nick(like he would get cold but not feel it), did they just drop that?

Dropped it like a bad habit! I honestly think they (the writers) have completely forgotten about it.

From a writing stand point i just realized why the Captain was shot: Even though Trubal dropped the potion, all the Captain would have to do is go back to Adalind's storage unit and get some more..but seeing as how Nick and co don't know where he got it from, they're screwed until the Capt regains consciousness and tells them.

So I am not imagining things. It seems like they dropped the plotline like midseason(and I believe I seen every episode of the series so far). It probably was a wise choice to drop it(I didn't care for the storyline myself) but they should have given the storyline some closure when they decided to drop it

Good finale, I'm glad the wedding actually got completed and Trubel continues to be a good addition. Plenty of cliffhangers as well with Nick losing his Grimmness, Renard in critical condition and Wu on the cusp of finding out, I mean Nick is gonna need his help to try and explain away what happened at his house.

Of the smaller things that happened I liked Monroe's Dad buying Rosalee a wedding dress and I wonder why they moved the trailer to the middle the woods where it's harder to find and much more exposed to people.

For a time, it appeared that the baby was actually turning her into a good person. Once the baby was taken, she reverted back to her old evil ways. While she was posed as Julia, i thought she was going to find out what they knew about the baby being taken, and then realize the royals didn't have her….

I thought initially that was what she was up to, no infecting Nick with Grimm aids.

I thought it might tie into the wedding somehow but instead they had Adalind totally screw Nick over and instead he just isn't a Grimm anymore. Until they fix it next season.

I also was not expecting that. That a Grimm can be "depowered" like that. It does explain why Trubal is around though; someone has to keep an eye on him and everyone else now that Nick can't do his thing.

Hmmmm.... I watched the season finale last night. I need to watch it again. I...thought it ended on a strange note and I definitely didn't like the renewed tension between Nick and Julia. I was also a bit bored by the whole wedding fiasco. Not the best finale, but I'm going to watch it again to see if I feel the same.

Once she gets back to Europe and realizes the royals don't have her baby, but simply used her she's going to feel...

I guess taking away powers has something to do with the exchanging of bodily fluids; as it was Nick's blood that took away her hexan beast powers last season; so i assume it was some of her 'womanly fluids' that took away his Grimm mojo.:cwink:

Are you sure about that ? Nick took her powers away once. She would probably just say "Now were even" As long as the Captain did not get rid of that green stuff. Something tells me that I dont think he took the time to move that big thing with it. There should be more there when he wakes up. Or Nick / Hank can find that place based on what Wu told the Captain & find it

Didn't Adalin go back to the locker to pack for her trip? You would think that she would get rid of the rest of that stuff.

I really wish that they had continued with the "turning grey" story line, it was by far the most interesting thing his season imo.

Well, the only reason she took his powers was because Viktor said if she does that, she can come stay with her baby.

She seemed to have no real ill will against Nick for taking her powers when she arrived in Portland this time around; they were pretty much even at that point. Her motivation for taking his powers is less about revenge and more about re-uniting with her baby.

On a side note, i had to confirm my suspicion but the actress that plays Monroe's mom played the mom in Spielburgs E.T.:yay:

She has no idea that the Captain found the place I think. She could be thinking that there would be no rush in getting rid of it when shes more focused on her baby

They did show that she went there, it would be imo a stretch to think that she wouldn't have noticed that he had been there and that she wouldn't have destroyed the rest of the brew.

If the answer is simply that Renard wakes up and the go to the locker and Nick gets cured then that is some really lazy writing.

Like I said they dont need Renard either. They can trace his steps via Wu & her focus can be more on the baby at that point then taking her time to clean up

Interesting Season Finale a lot of Cliff Hangers. It will be interesting to see how Nick get his powers back hopefully it doesn't take 1 episode for it to happen

I would like to see Nick Mentioning Trubel having her fight his battles for him. It looks like Wu might actually be brought into the fold with him discovering the Grimm book.

Should be a Interesting Season 4.

damned good ending..cant wait till next season

That Octo-Man is what happens when Cthulhu and Hellboy have a child.

Here's an explanation for the sudden departure of Nick's "Super Grimm" plot being dropped. While they don't expressly state it, it's obvious this is what happened.

The link below also has some more details on the [vague] plans they have discussed for the upcoming season.

While chatting with the crowd at San Diego Comic-Con, co-creator David Greenwalt admitted their season-to-season plan often changes after some brainstorming, especially when fellow co-creator Jim Kouf starts bouncing ideas off the wall:

“We’re supposed to go [at the beginning of] every year and tell our betters at the network what they heck we’re doing up in our little office. Every year we have a plan, and every year [co-creator] Jim [Kouf] scares the hell out of me by saying, ‘Wouldn’t it be better if we did this instead…?’”

Kouf added: “We keep writing ourselves into corners, and then we have to figure out how to get out of them.”

Hank and Renard either switched jackets or switched pants.

I thought it was a bit of a flat season premiere that just ended abruptly, I guess the money on Octowessen's head effects means he'll stretch out over more than one ep. I'm guessing Renard is faking it.

I thought i was the only one who thought the premiere sucked.I hope they get rid of that female grimm she is rather annoying.
