Okay, that episode has got to be a 10/10

- 3 separate stories perfectly balanced ( Liz/Red, Ressler/Navabi, Tom )

-Frozen brains in suspended animation

-Bank heist in Montreal

-Tom Keen, being unbelievably bad-ass ! Man his character has evolved beautifully.

My favourite all-time B-List episode is still "Anslo Garrick" just for its all out action and drama (it's an 11 out of 10). But this week was right up there.

I thought once Liz was on the run the show would slow down or get boring, but the frantic pace has been exhilirating.

Come on people, do we love this or what ?

Oh man Aram is gonna be gutted when he finds out about Ressler and Samar hooking up :(

Their hookup was so random. Poor Aram. :(

It felt forced just for the sake that now Tom and Liz seem to be an item again now Ressler has to have someone.

Also what the hell did the Garden gnome do to Ressler ? :o

Tom showing up at Harold's place with Karakurt in his trunk like it was no big deal was hilarious. :D I liked the scene with him and Liz at the diner, it's amazing how they've convinced me to buy into Tom and Liz after how things went down.

It was good to get some focus on Samar and her back story, but that hook up with Ressler was so out of the blue.

Megan Boone Is Pregnant

A Sony rep tells us that The Blacklist will still produce its usual 22 episodes this year, though it has not yet been determined if Boone’s pregnancy will be written into the show.

Wouldn't be surprised if they did

That could easily be accomodated if they do include her pregnancy. It's Tom's. If they don't then there will be some lighter Megan Boone scenes and strategic cover ups.

yep I remember Tom and Liz got their freak on in the season 2 finale.

That was a pretty crappy mid-season finale IMO.

I wasn't buying Samar being that dumb, and Red being outwitted by a bunch of inbred hicks? No way! :nuhu: Then the only plan Liz and Dembe could come up with was to give these criminal masterminds what they wanted? This was all capped off by one clumsy set piece with a goofy chase set to some country song.

At least the first ep back in January looks good.

Well, IMO, you've summarized the weaknesses of this episode fairly and accurately.

Congrats to Boone! Looks like Liz will finally get her dream. It better be Tom's! I want them to be the end game. :D

Agreed. Forget the FBI, CIA or the Cabal! A bunch of hicks took down Red Reddington and Liz! :hehe:

I keep on waiting for the twist where Liz and Dembe has a plan to save Red AND keep that care package. But nooooo... None of that happened. And what end up happening was even worse.

I feel bad for their team's boss dying.

It was the mid season finale? I feel a little let down about that. And it was a real WTF a bunch of hillbillies got the drop on Red and Liz. Then everything fell apart. I thought there was going to be a better plan. Instead it looks like Dembe and Liz are caught, Navabi gets fired, Ressler... I don't know what to think of him. He seems to float between an alright guy and a real ******* with such ease.

Just finished the first two seasons on Netflix. Great.

This was probably the worst episode in the shows history.
Red getting kidnapped by dumb hicks wasn't exactly gripping television.

Weak episode especially for a fall finale. Can't buy that Red got caught by those people who are apparrently #108 on the blacklist. Which must be the last spot on the list.

The Blacklist renewed for a 4th season

NBC has renewed “The Blacklist” for a fourth season, according to creator Jon Bokenkamp.

“We knew about that a while ago, it’s one of those things that’s hard to keep quiet. But yes, we’re renewed through the fourth season,” Bokenkamp said in an interview with the podcast “The Blacklist: Exposed.” “Hopefully we don’t tank that out, we got a lot of story to tell.”

It was a given even with the lackluster midseason finale they'd renew this for another season. I'm with Bokenkamp though: Don't screw it up.

Just picked up sessions 1-2 the other day. Never watched the series before but I love it. Done with season 1 already.

Also Tony Shalhoub is going to guest star in an upcoming episode

Blacklist: Margarita Levieva returns to 'shake things up' with Tom and Liz

Liz Keen won’t just be dealing with legal issues when The Blacklist returns. EW has learned exclusively that Revenge alum Margarita Levieva will reprise her role as Blacklister Gina Zanetakos.

Zanetakos was introduced in season 1 after Liz (Megan Boone) discovered a box hidden under the floorboards of her brownstone that contained multiple passports and identities of her then husband Tom (Ryan Eggold), which kicked off the unraveling of his real identity as a spy.

Red (James Spader) then informed Liz of Zanetakos, an assassin who engaged in corporate espionage and terrorism, who was also Tom’s lover. Unlike the fate of most Blacklisters, Gina wasn’t killed, but offered a deal by the feds in exchange for her testimony.

When Gina returns in an episode slated for early February, the sultry jack-of-all-trades criminal will shake things up between Liz and Tom.

Great episode, I loved how they gave Aram a much larger role in this episode and it seems he will be having a much bigger role moving forward

Fantastic episode. One of the best in the whole show.

Strong return episode after that weak fall finale. Very intense as everyone tries to one up one another. The lady leading the Marshals was pretty cool. Aram was badass. Dude was ready to drop bodies for Liz. Ressler, Tom and the Russian drawing Solomon's men into the ambush was nice.
