Several years ago as a teenager I watched a few episodes of this cartoon that I THINK was on the old WB! network channel. The main character was a robot/cyborg with little or no emotions, and his sidekick was a young, ethnic (possibly black) woman "with attitude" and an hourglass body. I don't remember the bad guys, except that they had laser guns, and I don't remember any of the names. Unfortunately this has been on my mind recently and it's going to drive me CRAZY if I don't rediscover this and watch an episode or two.
What I do remember is that it had a few themes a lot like those around Data from STNG. How he just as valuable of a life form as humans, his lack of human emotions, the value of human rights, and some other more philosophical topics than I was used to seeing in after school cartoons. I also remember a scene where he could copy anyone's voice, just like in Terminator 2 (and also Data from Star Trek ).
His enemy might have been the company that created him but I'm really not sure. Any tips you can help me with would be awesome!
