^Totally agree. Winston was the MVP with Jess gone. Now her forced quirkiness has to be pushed to the forefront again.

The series could totally work without Jess. There I said it.

i never thought of the show without Jess and the episode without her werent that good either. But I will say the show worked perfectly fine without her. It got me thinking I think the only characters the show couldnt do without for an episode are Nick and Schmidt. Winston is my favorite but he's barely the main plot so I think they could write him out and the show would still flow

Haven't watched yet but Megan Fox did such a good job as a staight woman to all the craziness of the cast and her grounding influence will be missed. I hope she comes back down the road.

Just finally started a rewatch, it's crazy how these guys knew their characters in under the first 2-3 episodes.

Even Winston who slightly watered down and reserved in his first episode... Showed his hand with his love of cheesy pop music.

Damon Wayans Jr. is coming back for two episodes, including the finale.
