Transformers New info on movie jazz

jazz would most probably be my fav transformer, maybe they will make him look more like a ninja. I hope he's a ford mustang and not a porsche.

at least it may resemble jazz a bit.
unlike megatron. [WTF were they thinking. that design of megs is deplorable].
pity jazz hardly resembles his cool personality in the film, considering his tiny part and that
that he dies at the hands of "megainsectapredtron"

Well...atleast he has his visor

That was a surprise. And the front end will form his chest.

No one gives anything a chance around here anymore ... instead of beating the ***** out of it, wait until the movie comes out and give it a fair judgement.

There are other forums where the director, writers and producers are paying attention to what fans have to say. This might not change anything but I'm pretty damn sure it was critical in getting Cullen the part of Optimus Prime. While they are listening why not give them an honest opinion of how we (fans) feel about the production?

Posts like these are just as bad as people who complain without any positive outlook. There is no need to flame...valid complaints are welcome as are rebuttals to those complaints. This forum will turn to immature crap if name calling and flaming persist.

I think this forum could become a complete mess like the X-Men: The Last Stand one did after the movie was released. For 2 and 1/2 months haters and lovers of the film insulted each other. This came after a year of X-Men fanboys viciously arguing over what was going to be in the film.

Other than the claw aspect, I'm liking what I'm hearing about Jazz. Hopefully, a picture of him and the rest of the Autobots will leak soon. Really, the only characters we've had good looks at are Megatron and Blackout. The rest are either too small and grainy or just prototype toys.

Now you're the one complaining. I don't care if you post here or not. It is your first amendment right to post here. The administrator who analyzes the content of all the posts also, has the first amendment right to close another one of your idiotic threads if you start another.:)

Because everyone knows that ignoring the source material is key in the success of a franchise...its moviemaking 101.

Sarcasm aside, nobody's "bich"ing that the movie will be nothing like G1 because it DOES have G1 elements. Myself, I'm not happy with the complete lack of resemblance from Megatron (any incarnation be it cartoon or toy) to the movie version...and Starscream is pretty fugly too.

You're probably right. Not being a super-knowledgeable fan of X-Men, I dug all the movies- even III (though I wished it was longer).

However, after seeing this fan-made trailer of Transformers(http://www.jesterpictures.com/transformers/video/paramount/paramountintro01hi.wmv ),
(A must see in my opinion) I am completely reminded of what the X-Men guys must feel like (Wolv vs Pheonix instead of Cyclops). It's just wrong. Could it have killed Michael Bay to leave the Ark/Mountain 3 million years thing intact? The visually iconic elements of the characters? Resisted the urge to make what was a pokey little car, a hot-rod muscle car?

I'm all for "updating" the damn thing. But come-on!... it could have been done with a lot more respect and a let less typical hollywood dumbness and fluff (I'm talking about Bay's signature cliche's and stereotypes).

I mean seriously... for instance what was wrong with The Ark crashing millions of years ago thing? Wasn't that one of the coolest things? AS A KID... to look at that mountain or hill in the distance and think that a spaceship could be in it? Antartica? Come on now.

That IS a great teaser. When I first saw that it sent chills up my spine. THAT captured the spirit of the Transformers.

Sounds like he's going to be close to the cartoon version which is good. its a shame
he gets killed though

Man, I can't even describe how many magnitudes of goodness was that trailer over the stock Mars footage from the "teaser" released. It sent chills up my spine too. I was wide-eyed. Alas.

the fake one was just too campy.......

how was it campy?

The music is from the Transformers movie website. The "campy spaceship" is the original Ark that the Transformers came to Earth in. If that's campy then I'm all for camp because it captured the spirit of Transformers PERFECTLY.

I have no idea how you can say footage of Mars isn't "campy" and that was. Have you no idea how campy Mars is? Every heard of the 1950's and 60's. Shall we run down a list of every movie that "official" teaser could have been about?

The Ark. The mountain. Pure gold.
Only thing that I could envision making it better is if the teaser was longer... showed time pass by... and a town erupt around the mountain. THAT's Transformers.
