Everything Joe Q said about Stan Lee is so true.

Stan is just magical. He works the crowd like a professional stand up comedian....tremendous energy and wit...he's like a big kid or something.

I saw Stan once on Friday and twice Saturday last weekend and was impressed each time.

I just laught at people like Hippy who read these things every week knowing theyre going to get pissed off by something Joey Q says, just so they can come back and ***** about it. Its really hilarious.

And John Watson's covers are the ****, Jaydawg clearly has zero taste.

watson's covers are usually the ****. the last one for frontline was not, and neither is the hulk/thing cover.

yeah well, considering how it's the focal point of the entire cover, i'd say that pretty much ruins it.

any action scene, regardless of composition is going to be the focal point. this cover bites.

although the frontline cover with speedball on the stretcher was amazing.

Of course this is all subjective, I see the giant size arm as a minor quibble, I look at everything as a whole, not just the action scene. The cover is ok by my standards.

i look at it for what it is. it's a painting. a painting goes through many stages before it ends up in it's final form. i see watson sketching, drawing, shading and finally painting hulk's ridiculous arm; all the while whistling and thinking, "boy, that looks great!"
