The Dark Knight New Joker Message!!! (WSS/It's All Part of the Plan)

I think I just found out what this is all about. If you look under each president there is a city. If you google that state/city with the president's name, you get a HOSPITAL! Seeing how the joker loves to mess around with hospitals, this makes the most sense ;)

I'm not getting a hospital for Grover Cleveland and Dallas.

As I said, the number of locations is way too small for a Bowling Ball like hunt, and yes, people would get arrested or shot in banks if things were done like they were with the bowling balls. Specifically, with all the people crowded around and the few guys threatening to jump my sister outside when she got the ball, legal issues would occur for sure. No, the size, style and situation of this one feels like something new and different. Since there aren't enough cities to make this wide spread, and the likelyhood of any financial institutions fitting well, this seems more and more like an online puzzle to me.

I think people would change their mob ways once they entered into a bank. 42 knows full well how the bowling ball game was nearly a security disaster so placing a hunt in a strict secure environment such as a bank is not that far of a stretch.

I just want to say, I hope it's not banks. Banks aren't known for being helpful and friendly to cadres of weirdos running around on a scavenger hunt. They're much more known for having guys paid to shoot you for messing up.

I'd say there are some really good ideas here (museums, hospitals, theaters) but banks probably aren't it. My apologies if it turns out I'm way off base.

Most hospitals and schools will have a president or other historical figure on it. Now, if there's a Hamilton Hospital in Sao Paolo, is it the same Alexander Hamilton, or some British guy?

I don't see why it actually has to be named after Alexander Hamilton. If it is called Hamilton, that's good enough for me.

I agree, 12 cities is not a boots campaign. It's more like a group of scouts hit targets and then the online community solves the puzzles for the next leg.

Or, the next leg may just well be hidden in plain sight, with a code we have yet to discover.

I'm pretty solid on the theory that it has to do with money and big banks. We most likely won't go into the banks, which is why I suspect online transactions.

I think the Philadelphia Art Museum (for those who are not familiar with philly, its the Rocky steps) Has to do something with the philadelphia location

Is there a college for each pres. in the city? Cause theres a Jefferson university in philly

I think the way we're thinking about the game is off-tangent. Just because all the cities match money and banks doesn't mean we're going to actually go to a bank. It doesn't necessarily have to be us going to banks, but others "virtually" going to banks to do their work.

Is the 6 minute preview a spoiler or is it common knowledge? If so, well, that's a sign that the Joker needs cash for his operation and Gotham National Bank is Mob. So that's an interesting connector there.

Group of scouts? That makes me wonder if every city listed there, has somebody with a Joker phone in it.

Hospitals seem like they would be in pretty bad taste. I know if I were wandering the halls with someone in the cancer ward I wouldn't really want to see a bunch of Joker goons turning the lobby inside out.
I still think we're missing something basic. Brazil seems to be the keystone... none of the state college/statues/hospitals seem to apply to that one and I'm assuming they all follow a pattern. Well, I'm desperately hoping they follow a pattern. Or we're screwed.

You have a lot more faith in people in large crowds than I do. Unfortunately I have spent far to many years in sales and security to share your optimistic outlook. Then there is the problem of too few locations. Sure, they can add more, kind of like they did with the Cake phone challenge, but then the cities we have right now (and the politicians associated) mean nothing so there is no point in speculating. Then there also is the issue of repetition, have they ever done the same thing twice? No, not really. This won't be a run to the location, it will be something more.

If there is a right answer in all this, thesushi is much more likely on to it. The very limited nature of the locations seems to suggest that they are clues rather than places we need to be at. Maybe someone will need to get a picture from some general area, but this will be something we have to piece together come Monday, if we don't already have a decent link to run with.

Someone mentioned here that they speculated a revealing of harvey as two face,
i dont think that's too farfetched.
You see last night/early this morning i was thinking about the poster and how the size didnt add up...
i also played around with the link which wound up with some more curious aspects...
I feel like we will be doing a sort of removing of pixels like what was done with the joker pic way back when,
with the new poster ... to reveal of course two-face..
and the presidents and locations may help us out with that or may not be directly related, i dont know
it's all just a theory..
Or perhaps it won't reveal two-face, but i just have a huge feeling that there's something a little off about the poster... that it contains something else which we will have to find or which we will be revealed soon...
i could be wrong, but it's possible no?
i'm going to copy and paste my post from earlier:

so i was on the all part of the plan site, and i went to the link for the poster, http://media.whysoserious.com/201949id1.jpg

and then i was curious to see what would happen if i changed 201949id1.jpg to
201949id2.jpg

and instead of an error message i got
"You are not authorized to view this page
You might not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials you supplied. "

Ya think it means anything? Or does that just mean there's nothing to see...

...
with that, if you replace the number at the end to a 3 or a 4 or a 5 or whatever, pretty much the same message comes up...it may not really mean anything but i thought it was an odd message to come up, carefully chosen sort of, rather than a typical "error" message.
so COULD there be anything to this?

the why so serious page is gonna change Friday, April 25, 2008 6:46:13 PM keep yours eyes peeled

are you sure cause i refreshed it and got the page info and thats when page xpires
