Also thought I'd let everyone know Turtles Forever has been out on DVD for a while.Haven't been able to buy it yet though.

Turtles forever is really good fun for the fans that have followed then from there creation (or if your like me followed them since the murkami(sp)-wolf cartoon).

Theres some other 'leaked' turtle pre production stuff about, If your to believe quite a few people on the net (and yes i know its old news) This is what the turtles will look like-

I think they're just working on the script at the moment.

i heard couple year ago hallmark channel was going to do minie sereis of live action ninja turtle i heard it would cost too much. who wouldn't like live action tv show of ninaj turtles? i know about the one they had couple yearrs. they could make it between the comic book and the cartoon. i don't add a fourh turtle like they did with the other live action show.

While this doesn't have anything to do with the movie, I don't feel like opening a thread for it, but is anyone suprised that no comic company has gotten the comic rights to publish new comics.

Unless Paramount just doesn't feel like letting anyone pay them to do comics and would rather just do the show and movie.

Mirage I believe has the right to produce about 12-18 more comics based on the TMNT.At least that's what I remember.

Yeah, they gave him the option to do vol 4, and just vol 4. The rest of the rights for comics still lie with the new owners. Besides Peter Laird said on his blog he has no plans to continue vol 4, and doesn't even feel like getting his notes together to tell fans how each issue would have been like. Major buzz kill for the few people who were still paying him $10 per issue.

Laird and Eatman orginally pitched the TMNT to Marvel and I believe it was Jim Shooter who turned them down.

Yea.Funny thing is Paramount now owns the rights and could sell the comic rights to anyone including marvel.But I figure it'll go to a smaller promotion like Dark Horse or IDW.
