New Poster

Wait a minute someone said something about a tornado or storm. Since we know that there's almost no chance of getting the animated series symbiote origin with John Jameson going to mars or whatever, maybe we will get a concentrated lighstorm during the night and a small earthquake as a small meteor lands in new york. You know sort of like announcing the catastrophy and dark times to come. It could be like the electrical disturbance we see in the terminator movies right before the terminator arrives. It would be cool to see the sky turn slightly green as a lightning curtain runs down the new york skyline in a wide longshot, and then at the distance we see a ball of fire going towards the ground and landing in central park or maybe a dark alley.

I think that would be extremely cool to see.:woot: I didn't even think of that.

I wrote the thing about the sky turning green during bad thunderstorms or tornadoes... but I totally forgot what meteors can do to the sky as well. Shame on me, I ought to know. I remember seeing a small meteor strike a field not far from my car while driving at 4am -- it lit up the sky in that volatile, unearthly green tone, not unlike the color of the sky in the second poster. The meteor itself glowed more yellow. It was unreal...

This one is just amazing, but, if the Spider-Man movies got one thing right, is when it comes to the posters.

This is not that great.
It´s too dark, and the color scheme is awful.

Besides, it makes more sense for the reflection to be the red suit than the black one, due to the story at hand

your right my friend.

is anybody able to shrink down these pictures and put them side by side and make a desktop background out of them. if not, just do it seperately to them.

the poster is awesom. the one with black spidey and red spidey reflected is very similar to the spider-man 2 posters in terms of colour schemes.

I like the first one, although the incorrect reflection of his hand bugs me..total transform reverse flip.

the second one is horrendous, the guys cranked up the saturation, which makes the window look nice, but the rain turns green which is pretty whacked. ah well.

a poster wont please me....I need....movie....now.

Awesome poster:cool:  The yellow tint on the second one bugs me and hurts my eyes.:o

The sceond poster reminds me of those "magic" markers that change different colors when you blend them.... hahaha (or some one took the first poster and colored it in with a high-lighter).

The first one's great, the second one not-so-much.

How do we know that? I think the possibility is actually pretty good. (And it was the moon, not Mars by the way) If you think about it, The Goblin & Doc Ock's origins were very similar to what the animated series gave us, so why not?

The first one is absolutly stunning whereas the yellow one is meh.

thats an amazing poster!, when that poster comes out, i will buy it and put it on my wall:spidey:.

Does anyone know of a gallery online that has ALL the Spider-Man posters?

for a couple people who have asked, here are the 4 versions again (3 are my manips, 1 is the original - click for fullsizes)

That's just a window detail. Probably from the sun or it's just a mark. It's there to make it look more like a window.

Well the moon it was, that's why I said whatever it was because I wasn't sure. Anyway I said what I said about the origin because we haven't seen anything yet of a shuttle crash or of jameson himself having anything to do with it. maybe they did film the shuttle crash in a soundstage withgreen screen to fill in background elements and the bridge. But maybe not, Iam just saying what could be a good idea if they don't go with the AS origin. However I would love if they go with that. I just don't think it will be. hope it is though.

HOLY CRAP!!! That is the greatest Spider-Man poster "To Date!" I was impressed by the first teaser poster for sm3, but man...this is just...flippin' off the charts! Way to go guys!
