New Superman Game?

Do you think we will get a new Superman game within the next year and a half or so to go along with the new movie or do you think it won't be tie-in game?

its possible, there making a Green Lantern game, but as someone who actually still has the Superman Returns video game I hope if they do make one its similar to Arkham Asylum lol

I hope so. I'd really like to play a new Superman game. Superman: Apokolips for the PS2 is actually pretty awesome. I played it a few weeks ago for the first time. Good gameplay, but it's definitely dated in a lot of areas. I like the cell-shading graphics for the game though. (Has the Superman: TAS animation look to it.)

New Superman game would rock though.

No. They shouldn't make any more Superman games. It's disrespectful to Superman 64. After the greatness that was that game, they should have retired the Superman video game franchise. Nothing will top Superman 64.

if they ever make a Superman game similar to Arkham Asylum then that game will crush Superman 64......nuff said (they should do that will the Green Lantern game to, but still time to find out about that one)

Anyways, I don't really think the AA style gameplay suits a Superman game. Now if they took the same care and time with the game as Arkham Asylum that would be great.

As far as gameplay I wish it could be like Zone of the Enders... but really I just want another ZOE game!

I'd love to see a tie in game for Man of Steel. Just as long as they allow us to play as either Superman or Zod.

Superman Returns game as horrible. Fying was fun for a little while but then it's boring. There is no need for new Superman game if it isn't good.

This section is reserved for Microsoft EXCLUSIVE titles. You should of put this in the Misc/Multiplatform section as any Superman game is sure to appear on more than just one console.

its a tough task....short of a game that lets you go anywhere on the planet Earth, it won't be considered a "good" Superman game to a lot of people

y'know...........it would be kind of cool to have a game where you actually have to fly to different cities or locations around the world.

and I'm not talking about fast traveling by choosing a location on a map. I'm talking about actually controlling Superman as he flies superspeed to different cities.

Right, YOU own a 360. Not everyone else does. There are other people that have a PS3, ya know. Wouldn't it be fair to let EVERYONE discuss the game across the different platforms? This belongs in the Multiplatform section.

It doesn't really matter to me. I posted it here simply to talk to other 360 users about a possible Superman game..not everybody else because a 360 can't do online play with a PS3 user. Which is why I posted here to begin with. Because I'm sure the two games would be slightly different as too achievements. I'm not sure how Playstation does their achievements.

No. They would be the EXACT same game. You could still talk to other 360 users in a Misc thread.

Then he's lying. Iv got both systems and games are no different from one console to the other. The only thing that might be different would be the lighting or textures in some games, but the difference is minimal. Also some games will come with an extra mission or something that the other console wouldn't get but again it's always extra stuff, nothing important to the overall game.
