New "Ultimate Spider-Man" Animated Series Coming to Disney XD For Fall 2011? - Part 3

Finally sat down and watched the "Not A Toy" ep, mostly because I heard good things about it, and it was one of the better episodes. Roger Craig Smith (previously Forge of W&TXM and Captain Marvel/Mar-Vell of Avengers: EMH) did a very good job as Captain America (starting off sounding a bit like EMH's Brian Bloom and gradually shifting into more of a Chris Evans style voice), and veteran VA Maurice LaMarche again proves to be a good Dr. Doom.

Have no real interest in catching up with this "Attack of the Beetle"

That was one crazy episode
Since we all know how this show flows, I shouldn't expect the effects of May knowing she's dating a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent, this is afterall the same lady who didn't know a Hulk was in her house

The only thing I like about this episode is that it felt more Spider-manish. No stupid SHIELD or that team of is.(Except for Coulson). And does Aunt May even care about Uncle Ben? Sheesh.

That looks awful. I guess they were trying to mimic the Ultimate design, since this is Ultimate Spider-man. But that just isn't the Green Goblin to me.

Ewww. Not a fan of this Goblin. I was already expecting the "Ultimate" take on him from the leaked storyboards, but the final design is really dull and barely green, and it looks like they just turned him into a smaller Hulk, complete with Hulk speak.

Caught yesterday's episode to see how the Deadpool cameo would play out. First episode I've seen since the 1st season finale. His voice was as annoying as Spidey's. Liked it when he went into his serious, gritty, Dirty Harry type voice. Overall he was alright. And that's it. Don't expect to watch another episode unless there's an interesting cameo on it.

Just caught up with the Deadpool episode, they completely ruined his origin but he did have some funny lines.

Also the fact that Spider-Man also breaks the fourth wall (which is stupid btw) kinda made Deadpool seem less special
