Well actually what i would've done is just taken those lime green wings off. in someone's description of their repaint they say there's a small peg that you can just knock out and the wings can come off. and they're easy to get back on when you want to transform him back to the gun.

True, I'd do the same, but I'd still wanna repaint him. After seeing some repaints I'd definitely wanna re-do his color scheme.

That megatron I did pass on him.... I don't know, he just don't cought my attention!

Main reason i liked him (even though the color scheme sucks) is because he turns into a gun like the original. Now, its of course not the same gun and it resembles a small super soaker but just the fact that once he is in robot mode he resembles old school Megs. And I like that.

Exactly. That and he's from the Classic line...which is by far my favorite line.

OOOhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.......I'm talking about the movie Megs..... my bad... I do have that Megatron...Classics, and I like him, he actually needs a paint job, I have seen a few customs over at fwoosh and they look awesome!

I swear I wasn't just impressed at how smooth the transformations are on the ones I had but they were pretty damn poseable and for anybody (like myself) that had some of the Gen 1 figs y'know that those this were just about stationary. I hated how Prime's legs couldn't do jack,

Yeah, when a nicely thought out repaint is done with a good color scheme he looks waaaay better.

Ok...but still the classics is better...I also pass on that voyager one...My local kb got like 30 on site. But nop... from the movie I dont liked megatron and starscream.... starscream look dumb!

The Leader Megs is the one to get. He just needs a massive overhaul with a repaint.

Next time i see the Leader Megs i'm going to get him. And i would repaint him in a heart beat, but i've never customized a fig before and would be nervous about screwing him up.

NA, you won't believe how incredibly rare the movie TFs(and Classic for that matter) have become here. I can't find hardly anything. I've had conversations with Saint about it and he's had the same trouble. And I'm in Texas and he's up north in Illinois.

Yeah, but the pink held me back.... In TRU, they were going for 35...I dont know why? But still I pass on him... Maybe I need to evaluate this fig....

Well, i know of a site by a guy who's pretty great in the repaint area and he has tutorials to explain some of his methods. Besides, nothing can really make the Leader Megs look worse.

One time they had Jetfire (which my brother got), another time they had Mirage and Cliffjumper (which we got), and this past Tuesday i went in and they had Ramjet...which, i got. They also had a couple Cliffjumpers. I keep going in HOPING one of these days i'll really get lucky and they'll have Megs.

It's bad though, because i've become so addicted to this classics line, i'll get whoever they have. When i finally hit the jackpot (which seriously, has to happen one of these days) i'll stock up and share the wealth.
