Taking into account the likely scenario that X-Force is the next movie to be released after Days of future past, which movie would you preffer after X-Force?

Taking into account that Fox and producers feel so focused to keep doing sequels with their casts and expanding the universe.

Hmm at this stage its a tough question, would like to see a Wolverine 3 but I kind of understand others may want to see someone else get their own spin off.

Depends if DoFP or X-Force throws up a new interesting character that warrants his/her own movie.

I don't really see this movie entering production stage especially with they hype for DOFP and not-so-great numbers for the latest spin-off movie. But just in case, I'm wrong.

I think the next movie will be X-Men 5.

If I were to pick two, they would be Wolverine 3 (Logan and Yukio go to Russia and fight Omega Red), and a New Mutants film (focused on the younger teen students and their adventures, have one or two original cast members appear as mentors).

I'd like two ongoing series.

The First Class era that introduces a young Scott, Jean & Storm.

An OT cast timeline that handles the more scifi mutant nation or Age of Apocalypse stories.

Yeah the boards have already written Wolverine 3 for them, Logan and Yukio go to Russia, we've already done half the work for them, haha:woot:

I think at this point it's really hard to say what should come next especially since we don't know how DOFP ends and what form or fashion it leaves the team or the franchise.

I'm still under the assumption that it either needs to move forward with the First Class or the OT cast only. It's just too much and kind of redundant to do both.

FC 80's ? Makeup for McAvoy and Fassbender like for Pitt?
Better X4 till actors aren't too old to play our favorite X-Men characters.

"First Class sequel" featuring Beast, Cyclops, Jean, and Storm, with Mr, Sinister as the main villain.

This is what I'm most leaning towards - creating a new timeline after DOFP and moving on with the First Class movies would just give them so much more room to breath with what characters they can use and their story lines.

The downside to that would be that that the franchise would then be set in the past. With each subsequent instalment in the series being a period piece.

FC3 could stay in continuity with the other films but I'd like to see a more depth take on cyclops and jean, storm becoming the X-men, learning to use their powers, Storms origin i think would be interesting, FC made me appreciate xavier and magneto more and I think a FC3 could do the same for the other characters

Get them in the blue and yellow x outfits too

What's so bad about that?! It would give the franchise some character and help it stand out from the overly CGI, modern superhero movies we've been getting.

This.

Really depends on that conlcusion. FC could very well be the better option by the end of the flick. OT fans won't like to hear that, but a new timeline could be created here. Allowing them to grow with more room for characters like Cyclops, Jean, Storm etc.

I'm with ya. That's the one I'm looking forward to the most.

Yeah a sort of black-ops version of Xmen sounds really appealing. Like xmen but with a much darker tone like TW, sounds like a winner to me:up:

And a proper Deadpool this time, that is essential.

Setting the series in the past then in the modern day world then in the past again doesn't feel right. It just doesn't flow very well.

I agree.

And I feel like they should wait a long time in doing another FC3 film. Let James McAvoy/Michael Fassbender age.

With FC/DOFP despite the 10 year (fictional) gap between those films, the younger version of Prof X/Magneto looked like they didn't age at all (judging from the teaser posters and set photos).

Anyone know who the villain might be for xforce? I'm not familiar with this x team, so I don't know their villains.

My choices would be Stryfe, Sublime, Bastion, or maybe someone like Graydon Creed or Stephen Lang (the character, not the actor).
