EDIT: As a matter of fact, here is a far more recent interview with Itagaki where he specifically states, more than once, things like "Xbox360 is my homebase" and "I passed the baton so that I can focus on creating more 360 games", and generally tears this sad excuse for a thread a new one.

I'm assuming this is the quote XwolverineX thinks is relevant to Ninja Gaiden 2 being on the PS3.

1. They're not talking about Ninja Gaiden 2 here, just random Team Ninja games in general. You're reading in way too much.
2. The words "if" and "may" are not powerful ones.

Like, do you actually know what a confirmation even is? I really think you don't.

Every word in the thread title is wrong. Since no Team Ninja PS3 games are confirmed, and they weren't talking about Ninja Gaiden 2.

Or, if you're not in the mood to ignore facts and logic in favor of wishful thinking, he means that NG2 will hit the 360 before NG2: Sigma hits the PS4. Or even better, you could recognize that the interview being referenced has been discussed and beaten into the ground, with the only logical conclusion always being "he didn't confirm or say anything, he simply didn't say never", and that it has since been replaced by more up to date interviews in which Itagaki makes it very clear that he's sticking solely with the 360.

At least Kojima Productions will mostly sticking to the exclusive development.

Exclusives aren't going anywhere. People like act suddenly has something has changed to make them more appealing now than they've been in the past, and that isn't the case. You still have hardware guys doing lots to secure exclusives, you have software guys who only want to work on the one platform to make the best game possible, you have business guys trying to see if the costs of multiplatform development/porting is worth it, etc. Exclusives are going no where.
