I really want them to show something we're not expecting. New IP, new crossover, something big.

Maybe we'll get lucky and they'll show off a franchise that hasn't been around in a while that's getting rebooted. There is a lot of franchises that need to be rebooted for Nintendo. Here are my Top 5.

My predictions:

WiiU Price cut to 249.99 and because of price drop Nintendo talks about Early Adopter Ambassador Program for early WiiU adopters...Free select Virtual Console games much like 3DS early adopters were given.

All games mentioned will be playable on the showfloor (and select Best Buys)...

New 3D Mario Game Shown - WiiU

New Legend of Zelda Shown - WiiU

New Metroid shown - WiiU

The new Yoshi game is shown - WiiU

Super Smash Bros. WiiU and 3DS are shown off. It's also shown how they're cross compatible.

Pikmin 3 is talked about (it launches in August) and playable on the floor

Nintendo talks about the 3DS and how awesome it is. Shows a BOATLOAD of games (including Pokemon.)

Zelda 3DS is shown off and playable. They will talk about how it's the first 3DS game to run at a full 60fps with the 3D on.

Nintendo announces a 3DS update that brings MiiVerse to the system.

Nintendo shows for the first time in a long while that they can create new IP's...and they show a few off.

Nintendo talks about it's online plans and where they plan to take the Miiverse. Hopefully very deep and fairly competitive to what MS and Sony are doing with theres.

Nintendo gives the ground work on what games come out when for the WiiU much like they've been doing for the 3DS. WiiU owners will no longer wonder when they'll be able to play this game or that game. We'll know what comes out when each month for months in advance.

Not really a whole lot to say. Smash Bros. looks like Smash Bros. and Mario Kart looks like Mario Kart. "X" continues to look awesome and Super Mario 3D World is exactly what I wanted from the next Mario game, so I'm pretty happy about that.

I was actually very pleased with the Nintendo Direct...you know after I actually got to see it.

Many have complained about the lack of certain things but in all honesty this is what we needed from Nintendo. I wrote a review about the Direct. Would be honored if you read it.
