that's true. the Switch kicked both the Ps4 and Xbone's asses without being nearly as powerful so if the Switch 2 can get away with it then they'll probably just keep the status quo. This would end up meaning that the Switch 2 won't be getting that third party support, though. for anyone who wants to play GTA6, they'll have to still go for a Ps5 or Series X/S.
Yeah, in terms of new 3rd party games designed exclusively for PS5 and Xbox Series X that'll no doubt be the case. Although there is some good news for the Switch 2 in that a lot of 3rd party games across the past few years have been cross-gen, which means they were designed to run on PS4 and Xbox One with lower graphical settings. The Switch 2 will probably be able to handle those at least, giving it easy access to a selection of more recent 3rd party ports than the original Switch had.
