yeah pretty much the entire government of NJ shut down as well. NJ is a terribly run state, I'm glad I moved.

Municipal Government should still be in effect. And I believe State Troopers and the like are uneffected.

More like the governor since he is the one who shut down the government on account that he wants to raise taxes anymore and the legislature refuses to do so. He is going to rightfully be the scapegoat in this one
