Adding Hayden's Anakin at the end makes no sense since that implies Anakin was last "good" before he became Darth Vader but he literally redeemed himself so he should look as he would have when he died but without all the scarring as it was conveyed with Sebastian Shaw in the original version.

We can also ignore the fact that Sebastian Shaw was pushing 80 and Hayden Christensen doesn't look all that different after 20 years now that he's closer to the age Vader was in the OT but the point still stands that Lucas tinkered with Return of the Jedi much worse than the other two.
