Superman Merchandise Thread

If there is one piece of merch I would undoubtedly buy, it would be an "Art of" book.

Still no inkling of a "Making Of" book or...?
Not that I’ve seen, but those usually don’t hit right away, do they?

I always thought they gave the initial release a little space before fully pulling the curtain back with that kind of stuff.

Soooometimes. From memory the general "Art of" ones release same day as the movie itself, and often more detailed "Making of" weeks/months later? I think?

Either way if we don't hear anything in about a months time, I riot.

picked up my first piece of merch, got a blue t shirt with the new red/yellow logo over it plan on wearing it when I see the movie I did the same thing 12 years ago when I got a MOS style shirt to see Man of Steel.

Please tell me they will have a Clark Kent/Superman changeable action figure. Doesn't look like there is one. Sadly the toys for DCEU never had a Clark Kent/Superman changeable action figure. Whether it's cloth and a one-set glasses-hair top cap, that's good enough for me. Those toy commercials always look better. I want a Daily Planet building too.

Some of the Superman movie merch is hitting. The Spin Master figures that I saw looked screen-accurate. Here's a review of the Green Lantern 12" Spin Master figure.

it is kinda sat that both walmart and target in my areas have gotten ZERO merch other than the shirt I bought a few weeks ago. I was at a target in buffalo last week and they only had those large figs like that Guy Gardner one mentioned above that's it I am honestly shocked we have not gotten ANY near me at all.

I haven’t seen any figures at my Target yet either.

From the above press release:

From Abrams, Superman: The Art and Making of the Film by author James Field (The Art of “The Batman”) documents every stage of the film's production, featuring interviews with key creatives including writer/director/producer James Gunn and DC Studios co-CEO Peter Safran, concept art and unit photography.
Available this fall, the book also features an introduction from James Gunn and a foreword by Superman himself, David Corenswet.

I've seen two different sites give two different release dates, so I guess that will be finalized later.
