They should just keep the name as it is, after all they didn't change the name of Sprite, Makkari and Ajak, right?

That being said, turning Sersei into a guy is just gonna be mind boggling, if they gender swapped Sersei especially I thought making Makkari, Ajak and Sprite female is for to have more female representation in the movie.
