Now, that shooting is done in chicago until we come back in August. How, are we going to get spy pics at the hangars.

The crew will be back in Chicago in June, I think. There won't be any spy pics from the hangars. Not that location shooting is done for a while we can only pray everyday for Warner Bros. to release official pics!

When I was on the shoot at the hangers for Begins, it was impossible to take any photos. People who had camera phones weren't allowed into the hangers,regardless of whether they had been contracted as extras.Security was uber tight around the grounds, let alone the actual sets. But, FYI, actors involved in the shoot will be staying at the Swan Hotel, the Embankment, Bedford during the filming. Keep it hush hush!

Well, if you were on the Begins shoot, I guess that means you be at the TDK shoot, too. In that case, could you tell us when filming there starts and could you report back everyday? Pleeeeeeeeease?

I allways think its very surreal that they are filming at the hangers , being a local bat fan myself . Yes they stayed at the Swan hotel last time . I know some of the crew also enjoyed the local pub in Shortstown last time too , nice steaks . I wonder is Buster coming back as 'stunt' bats ? he was awesome .

Yeah Buster! I never met the guy, but my mate david said he was hilarious. Said he was a bit fat, mind! If I am involved in the shoot at all, of course i will report back, but i've not heard any kind of news of casting calls etc. Jayskate, do you live in Bedford or Shortstown? I met Mark Boone Jr ( Detective Flass) and Cillian Murphy at a pub called the Hobgoblin in Bedford during when England were playing in Euro 2004, was a very surreal experience.

Oh im a bedford guy , yeah i know the Hobgoblin , that must have been very surreal meeting Cillian there . I really like Cillians work , I'm looking foward to catching him in Sunshine . It would be cool if he sort of had a cameo in the Dark Night , I loved that image of him on a horse in Begins , he was dragging someone behind him i think before he got zapped i think by Rachel.

It was Buster I think who did this cool shot of Bats in Chicago .

yeah , i wonder if they will film at Leavesdon for a month before going back to Chicago in June for the summer , then maybe the hangers . Of course they could do 2nd Unit stuff at the Hangers at the same time but I read that Chris Nolan also prefers to direct that as well .

Where'd you hear about them staying at that hotel, im thinking of going down if its definete they'll be there i'll go down.

What daes are they at the hangars because I know they go to Hong Knong and I believe Baltimore I live in virginia beach and hopefully they will be shooting so I can go see them shoot I just wonder why Nolan didn't want to film in Norfolk, Virginia we have a lot of docks and ports.

I know they stayed at the hotel coz a friend of mine was working in the kitchen at the time, and frequently cooked for Bale, Freeman etc. Although i don't believe Katie Holmes was staying there. During their stay, you couldn't enter the hotel unless you worked there, or had a room keycard, so I don' think you'd be able to get into the actual building, but both the front courtyard, and carkpark are easily accessable, so taking photos shouldn't be a problem at all.

As for filming dates, i've no idea. I know for a fact there is large electrical work going on at the moment on the Gotham set, but what for i don't know.

It didn't sound like that was where they were doing it, as the source website promised pics from the set. So unless somebody was willing to get passed security and take pictures of the set, I'm thinking it's being done outside. Perhaps in Baltimore, Ireland? That was supposed to be the setting of a scene involving the Batmobile.

I would have thought maybe there would have been Trailers and stuff outside maybe .

I was thinking maybe they would blow up the tumbler at leavesdon because of the huge backlot , but as Miranda says maybe it could be Ireland .

Leavesdon is south-west England, while Baltimore (the area rumoured to be used for Batmobile filming) is west Cork, a couple of hundred miles across sea and land away.
