I'd rather have an original game before another remake. I don't have any interests in remakes. If I want to play Star Fox 64, Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, and Super Mario 64, guess what? I'll pop out my Wii and play those games. And I'm a sucker for those blocky graphics over the more polished ones that the remakes have.

Remakes should only go to games that have aged horribly like Metal Gear Solid and Resident Evil, not games that have held the test of time like Final Fantasy VII and Legend of Zelda.

Mario 64 did not age well at all.

Most N64/PS1 games haven't aged well in general and look kind of ******

Yeah, that generation of games aged the worse. SM64, OoT, Mario Kart 64 and Star Fox 64 all look terrible today.

Because why mess with something that is already perfect?

To bring a classic to a new generation of gamers and to give older gamers a reason to replay the experience. OOT is like 13 years old, there's plenty of kids who have never had a chance to play them. And OOT is the only 3DS game I have and I thoroughly enjoying playing through the game once more.

And while the gameplay is perfection, the graphics of the N64 age were far from it. Don't get me wrong, OOT is definitely one of the best looking games of that generation, but the 3DS version looks considerably better. Outside the graphical enhancement, the gameplay and everything else is kept intact.

The demo that was shown at E3 leaked somehow. The bright side to this is that people are reporting that the motion controls, while they take some getting used to, feel great especially the sword combat.

That 3DS bundle is what I was wanting months ago... great job being on the ball, Nintendo. Even though I was probably gonna wait awhile to get one... I'll definitely have to get that bundle if they release it here in the US. And I don't see why they wouldn't.

The harp... or lyre is a reoccurring instrument in the series, it's also the main instrument in Skyward Sword. The latter is probably the main reason they have it on there.

A new 3DS Zelda using the OoT 3DS engine would certainly be interesting.

I'm pretty sure Aonuma said they want to focus on a brand new 3DS Zelda before Majora's Mask 3DS, although he said they're open to that too. Maybe one of the two will be teased at E3 next year... though that depends on if they already started a new Zelda.

jimmy fallon played zelda on his show tonight. reggie also gave him a brand new link riding epona statue, says it was just made and jimmy got the first one.

I'm pretty sure the only Zelda to get 10s was Ocarina of Time. Wind Waker and Twilight Princess never got this many 10s

It's sadly true. This has become as ridiculous as nominating 10 movies for Best Picture. Some idiot even gave Arkham City an 11/10. I'm sure it's a good game but give me a break.

There are way too many 10s. After playing most of the big games this year, I'd say Batman is a 9.5/10, Uncharted, MW3, Gears, and Skyrim are 9/10s. Of course my personal opinion but I haven't had as much fun with any of those games as I have Batman and it looks like Skyward Sword will be right up there with Batman.
