Update: Aonuma has confirmed via Miiverse that Zelda for Wii U will not be shown at E3. He states:
“As I said in the video, we would like to take this time so we can bring you a very special experience, by making the ultimate Zelda game. Since we’d like to focus on developing the game we’ve decided to not show the game at this year’s E3. Thank you for your continued support, and I hope you’ll look forward to the game!”

So don't expect to see it at this years E3. well til they say otherwise

For next year I expect:

Legend of Zelda U
Twilight Princess HD (or alternatively Twilight Princess 3D, though I think a HD remaster is much more likely)
Hyrule Warriors 2 and/or a new batch of DLC for HW
Skyward Sword on the VC
A new Zelda game for 3DS
Special Edition Zelda themed hardware for Wii U and New 3DS

That's obviously a lot, so it may not all happen, but I'd be pretty surprised if at least three of these items didn't happen.

Out of those things the ones I am looking forward to form looking forward to the most to the least would go like this.

1. Zelda U
2. TP HD- to me this is the second best Zelda game ever and I have seen videos of it and SWS on the internet using the dolphin thing and it looks great in HD! It they make it on 3d I am going to be made has that would be 3 remakes on 3ds and only 1 on wii u.
3. Hyrule warriors 2- I have the first one and it is a cool game. I need to play a lot more of it but the thing that sucks is I have so many games to play now days that to beable to not have a back log any more I think I would have to never sleep or work lol.
4. Zelda 3d- I am not a big handheld game but I got a 3ds for just between to words and I have thought about getting the another ds type Zelda games sinces the 3ds can also play ds games.
5. Zelda hardware is cool but I already have a 3d and wii u lol.
6. I already have Skyward sword so this wouldn't matter at all.

I think Zelda for Wii U will come out November 2016.

Such a long and hard wait it will be...

What would you guys rather have, TP 3DS (on the go) or TP Wii U (in HD)?

Hard choice, but I'd go with HD cause using an actual controller (plus I love using the gamepad to play Wii U in bed). It's a chore to use the Wii mode and have to use a wiimote :p

Is Nintendo having any kind of "event" post E3? I'm trying to figure out if we will see any new Zelda footage before the years end.

They'll be at TGS, GDC, various other places, but if they aren't showing it at E3, I really wouldn't expect to see it anytime soon then. Much like the other examples I mentioned, they don't really start showing off Zeldas until closer to release.

Could it become made for their new console?

That's part of the rampant speculation, but we have no way of really knowing. This happened with Twilight Princess, but for reference, it didn't happen with Skyward Sword though SS did get delayed as well. It really just comes down to when Nintendo's next home console will come out, and at this point, we have no way of knowing, though my wager is late 2017.

This Zelda is not coming out for the NX. There's no way.

I mean, it's a possibility, I guess. NX could be a home console, and it could launch in 2016. I personally don't think that it will myself, but it's not totally outside the realm of the possibility, I guess.

Really, the delay for this sucks and all, but I've got plenty of games for 2015. I waited for Zelda before, and I'll wait again, so it's not that big of a deal at the end of the day.

Maybe we could get a new Zelda video at the game award show at the end of the year like we did last year? When was the last Nintendo direct last year? I could see us getting some news about Zelda when they do the last direct of 2015. When they do the last direct for 2015 to show off holiday 2015 games I could see them having a surprised and showing Zelda to get people to want to but the wii u for xmas and to hype people up for 2016. Yeah I am still going 2017 for the next Nintendo console.

I could see them showing something for that Game Awards Show if they have it again this year (I don't know if last year's was successful or not). Keighley seems to have a good relationship with Nintendo, since they had a lot of presence last year.

Still can't get over that Zelda WiiU has been delayed by a whole year. Shocking.

I am starting to think it will be saved for the next console's launch like Twilight Princess.

This is a damn long time to go without any real info on the game.
