I dont knw if this is true or not but i was talking to my comic book store owner few days ago and he told me that there's big rumors going round that Marvel might restart Daredevil by the end of the year, similar to what they did with Spiderman in One More Day. Since DD's i.d. is pretty much public now, marvel feels like they have to bring DD back to basics like they did with Spidey. This is what the guy said, its just speculation but do you guys think there's any truth to it? I hope to Jesus Christ this isn't true, cause DD's comics have been on fire since Bendis' run.

That's nothing but speculation.I love the way the whole secret ID or lack of has been used by Bendis and Brubaker.

Specially since, i think, my personal opinon here, that Daredevil is up there as the best Marvel comic on the stands right now.

Great writing, great development into characters and great art.

Hey, anyone mind spoiling the details of the Lady Bullseye story for me? Last few weeks I read through some of Bendis' run on DD and all of Brubaker's (LOVED IT!) except lady bullseye. I've added DD to my pull list starting next issue, so... spoil away!

Lady Bullseye (who was inspired to be like Bullseye after he killed a bunch of mobsters who were trafficking her as a slave) arrives with the Hand, led by Lord Hiroshi, and begins targetting other heroes close to Daredevil: White Tiger & Black Tarantula are resurrected as Hand assassins, Iron Fist joins Matt in the fight.

A blind ninja named Master Izo, who was Stick's trainer, arrives on the scene to help Matt.

The Hand want to make Matt their leader; he refuses; they say they don't take no for an answer, and leave, flying to Spain for "Plan B".[/BLACKOUT]

It bugs me how easilly Black Tarantula got beat. Given his Powers BT should be WAY out of DD's league and yet villains that DD can take easilly bring BT down like he's nothing.

I mean they've done a great job of fleshing out his character and all but I wish they'd also pay attention to his powerlevels.

Cruel and Unusual and Lady Bullseye have been a great return to form for DD.If you're not reading this book,you're messed up.

I'm eagerly awaiting the return of Fisk... in whatever form he comes back, I'm still glad to see him back. He's a great character.

That'd be a terrible, terrible memory. Remembering nothing about an event except how brutally you were beaten and humiliated. You'd have to assume that there was brain damage involved or something.

I dunno. I always get really annoyed when the title character of any given book doesnt even ****ing appear in an issue.

I didnt put "Kingpin" on my pull list.

A mark of a great supporting cast is that they can carry their own story. It's obviously important to the book's ongoing story, too, so I don't see the issue.

My issue was the issue bored me to death because I dont have any interest in Wilson Fisk as the star of any story.

It's important to the story that Wilson Fisk is coming back and why. They didnt need a whole issue to show it. They could have done it much better.

Yeah well I hate your opinion too.

"A good story" is entirely subjective. This one, to me wasnt a good one.

I like the title character, I like what they've been doing with him. Thats what I want to read about. Why is that unreasonable?

I'm still on board with this title. I've been liking it since I started following it (Devil in Cell block D arc).

I was just annoyed with the latest issue. Not annoyed enough to stop following the title. Just annoyed.

I loved the story and i think Brubaker doing a fantastic job as usual. My ONLY complaint is that i'm not sure i even wanna sympathize with a guy like the kingpin. I know everyone deserves second chances but kingpin has done some heinous stuff in his history over and over and over again. I mean im pretty sure this isnt the first "kingpin redemption" storyline, at the end of the day Fisk will never change. He's just one of those villains that have deserve no sympathy in my book.

I enjoyed the latest issue quite a bit.It was great seeing how everything Fisk touches no matter if he tries or not he destroys.Like the Foggy issue a couple years ago it was a refreshing change of pace.
