Wouldn't it stand to possibly reason that the Carrion Virus won't spread on Nu-616?

I find that really stupid in general. There shouldn't be a Peter Parker on every world, and there certainly shouldn't be a Parker Industries on every world... that's the whole point of the multiverse...

Yikes... that was dark. Actually kinda in-keeping with the tragic history of Ben. I really hope he remains a redeemable character after this story. One positive thing about Slott - he rarely brings a character back just to kill them... permanently.

Also amazing to watch the website traffic spike every Wednesday after an issue with Ben is released.

I'm finally picking up my issue #22 tonight! Couldn't be more excited.

The story hasn't been very good, but the important thing is Ben is back. Other writers can correct any potential mistakes made during the course of Clone Conspiracy and deliver a killer clone title.

I just think the costume would look cooler without that strange mouth.

But hey, it's Ben Reilly as Scarlet Spider in his own series.

Lose the mouth and keep the hood down and use the old eyes and I would really like the costume

Hood up, normal spider eyes and a spidercide mouth (hell the whole thing looks like spidercide with a hood) and I don't like it

But it is Ben and I will get it

Also not happy with the whole struggling with demons and split personality **** - Ben was always comfortable with who he was (well he reached that point) be it clone or original and had a great outlook on life

Wish they'd just updaded his old Scarlet costume a bit, or even updated his spidey costume (scarlet eyes, no web pattern...)

PAD just said he liked the mouth expression being visible in an interview

PAD's interviews about this are worrying me - he doesn't seem to have gotten the core concept of what made Ben Ben

or Kaine for that matter - Kaine will apparently be trying to hunt him down to get rid of Ben (aka kill?) which doesn't seem to make sense, Kaine himself did far worse than Ben and his whole series was about him trying to do right by his brother, he has a love for him now. At this point and short of Ben shooting toddlers point blank and laughing the whole time shouldn't change that for Kaine, wanting to redeem him I could understand but this seems dumb

That's exactly why I'm getting it. Finally an alternative to Peter Stark Tony Parker Slott-Man within the main Universe.

Also, I think that leak a few months back in regards to Marvel's plans is turning out to be correct..
