yeah sucker punch comes out in about 23 days, but surely they'll release the trailer a week or two earlier on the internet for the fans???
Green Hornet's budget was 100 million and it made almost 220 million in the box office, so how is that a fizzle? That's actually pretty good for a relatively unknown superhero.
On another note, I really hope that there is a new GL trailer next week because I can't wait to see it.
well according to theprojectionist the new trailer is coming out with battle: La, so if that's true then it should be online next week. Yeehaw!
That is so awesome...Now all we need is the trailer.Might be old, not sure. This is the first time I've seen it though. I think it looks fantastic!![]()
KAPOW!, which is taking place at the Business Design Centre in Islington on 9th & 10th April 2011, is thrilled to offer one lucky attendee the chance to attend the Green Lantern premiere! All you need to do is find the lucky ‘golden ticket’ in your goodie bag to claim your premiere tickets.
Green Lantern, starring Ryan Reynolds (X-Men Origins: Wolverine) in the title role and Blake Lively (The Town, Gossip Girl) and directed by Martin Campbell (Casino Royale) will be released in cinemas nationwide in both 2D and 3D on June 17th. In a universe as vast as it is mysterious, a small but powerful force has existed for centuries. Protectors of peace and justice, they are called the Green Lantern Corps. A brotherhood of warriors sworn to keep intergalactic order, each Green Lantern wears a ring that grants him superpowers. But when a new enemy called Parallax threatens to destroy the balance of power in the Universe, their fate and the fate of Earth lie in the hands of their newest recruit, the first human ever selected: Hal Jordan.

In addition to an unrivalled comic guest list which includes John Romita Jr. (Kick-Ass), Dave Gibbons (Watchmen), Frank Quitely (Batman), Bryan Hitch (The Ultimates, The Authority) and Mark Millar (Kick-Ass, Civil War) there will be panels throughout the weekend, signings and portfolio reviews, and Hollywood agents CAA who will be on the look-out for the next big thing in comics. Events taking place at Kapow include Jonathan Ross hosting a Comic Pros vs. Fans Game Show, visitors getting the chance to see an upcoming superhero movie ‘Movie X’ before its releases later this year and The Stan Lee Awards!
Tickets are on sale now at www.kapowcomiccon.com only available in advance. There will be no on the door ticket sales. Please join us on Twitter and Facebook to receive regular updates and announcements on the show.
Also keep in mind that it was a January release date. As a comparison, "Ghost Rider" had a budget of slightly over $115 million and made over $228 million worldwide with a February release date. They are now filming a sequel in 3D. $220 million is not blockbuster numbers, but considering the budget it was some what successful.
