Couldn't find an official thread for this so if there is one mod's please merge this one.

Really enjoying it so far, can't wait to see them take on cap next issue. Hopefully they'll keep misty narating as I like the war stories vibe they've created for the book. Hate how black cat's being drawn though, looks almost as bad as claws.

Anyhoo preview pages for issue 2

Looking good

The lack of Deadpool made me sad.

Captain America could take out the whole team by himself.

Ha. You seriously underestimate these underdogs and seriously overestimate Steve Rogers. Love Steve, but he would get his ass handed to him by half of the entire Marvel Universe.

I'm not reading a H4H without Cage and Fist.

Funniest thing I've heard all day.

I think Tony and Peter are overestimating the H4H. Its like they're saying here go ahead and get your asses hand to you. plus did they ever get training? Did tony say to them I want u to do this but before u do go take our 5week training corse so u dont get no one killed. I dont think tony is taking this reg. too seriously.

Actually, you never know. No time frame is ever given for this sort of deal. And since the H4H aren't a government counterpart, as much as a government contract, under legal means, they don't exactly HAVE to comply by government code for the government registered heros.

Think of bounty hunters.

But they themselves would fall under the SHRA, so in fact, they would be forced to comply with every single government command.

The art might keep me away. I wish Khari Evans would have carried over from Daughters of the Dragon...

Odd, it didn't make laugh at all. It's concise and accurate.

Your idea of concise and accurate are not the same as mine.

Sure Cap couldn't stand a chance against Galactus or a telepath, but he sure as hell could stand his own against guys like the Hulk,Thor,Iron Man(before he got overpowered to teh max) or any of the guys on the new H4H team.

but he sure as hell could stand his own against guys like the Hulk,Thor,Iron Man

....and our conversation ends before it begins.

Care to elaborate or are you just being a smartass as usual?

He has no argument, therefore he'll just keep throwing out one-liners. And I dont think Cap can handle Hulk.

Hulk would pull caps head clean off before he knew what had hit him

He'd get his ass beat for about 20 minutes.

In all of the comics i've read were Cap fights the hulk Cap gets in a couple of good shots but then gets beat down. but the hulk always does enough damage as to not to kill him.

Pretty cool.

I agree.

I loved the first issue and i really want to see where these characters go after Civil War. To me, giving them a chance is awesome. I'll def continue to pick up the book.

i'm picking it up to have all the Civil War issues, but the first issue did nothing for me.

"Good shots"? He might get in some shots but "good"? Come on, a punch from Cap wouldn't do crap to the Hulk.
