Yes, electricity can arch over to an object. It wasen't enougth to hurt you but enougth to mess with your things.
well, i guess you really do learn something new everyday.:oldrazz:

i believe in ghosts. i saw one in my old house in Michigan. it was late at night and i couldn't sleep, so i was in the living room watching tv. i would do this almost everynight...anyway, i would always look behind me thinking my mom or her b/f were coming out to tell me to go to bed but everytime i'd look no one was there. (it felt like electricity or something...like the feeling when you turn on the tv). so finally i get bored of tv and go to my room to try to sleep. well my bedroom door was closed and it has a mirror on the door. i turned the knob and looked in the mirror and behind me on the wall was a silhouette!! it was an older lady (you could see the bumps on the top of her head where curls would be). i opened my door and was gasping for air....i was freaked out. i yelled at my mom and her b/f (they are in the room across) and they come out and of course the "ghost" is gone. i never knew who it was. i thought maybe the old couple that lived there before....his wife died in my room! or maybe my g-ma (we would watch unsolved mysteries and she would scare me by saying "i'm gonna haunt you when i die" since i was always freaked out my the ghosts stories....she did this in a kidding sorta way). anyway, thats my story!! :)

i also have a lot of pics with orbs in them from my new apt complex (supposed to be haunted since its on top of a civil war battle ground).

yeah and i also heard that when you lose a tooth and put it inside a pb&j and kick it into the ocean on a winter spring morning the trollwitch from amsterdam has a picnic with a nun in holland.

Orbs are a interesting thing to see, though its hard to tell if its a spirit.

i wish i could remember what my grandfather's ghost told me when i was a kid.

Cameras make it difficult since the lense can get dirty easily. Though theres alot of things out there that needs to be seen.

so wait... predicting a car wreck isn't psychic.. it's just picking up a vibe an hour before it happens? ... isn't that called... being psychic

No it's magic......nothing to do with the supernatural at all.

I believe in telepathy, spirits, and that I can fly!!...

...well maybe just a little...

My Primary School had a large woods nature reserve next to it in which the ruins of a 800 manor house sat. Most the of the mansion was destroyed in a fire in the 1930s.

The manor house has a moat around it. The ruins is supposedly haunted. I don't really believe in the supernatural but I did get a spooky vibe from there when I went home from school. That might of just been because I was 9 years old and walking through some the woods which was notoriusly haunted though.

I never had any spooky encounters but others I know have.

The Walsingham family lived there for centuries. Sir Thomas Walsingham who was a courtier at the court of Elizabeth the first and patron to poets such as Christopher Marlowe. Sir Francis Walsingham Queen Elizabeth the firsts chief Spymaster and secretary was also born there.

Pretty spot, even if it isnt haunted.

Has anyone ever been saved (from some kind of danger) before?

My father worked on the aircraft carrier USS Forrestal (the one that had the infamous fire that killed over 130 sailors in the 60s).

During one shift, he was down in the engine room. You had to wear these big ear phones that cut out all noise since the engines were so loud. He was walking around working and lost in his thoughts when he suddenly felt a strong yank on his arm and heard someone scream "STOP!" in his ear (despite the engines and headphones damping all noise). He stopped and looked up to see that he was about to walk into a turbine which would have killed him.
