Yes, exactly. You described the Joker scene and how the audience reacted much better than I could. It was a brilliant moment by Ledger but also by the editing. If you noticed in the rest of my comment, I think that "lied to me" line from Electro could have the same type of impact that the Joker line did. Obviously the performance from Foxx is good enough, now it just depends on how well it's edited. Cause we're not used to seeing Electro at this point in the movie--he's brand new. We're used to seeing the humble, quiet, walked-all-over, sad, but prob very nice, Max Dillon. It would be quite a, wait for it......shock to now see Max turn to this very hateful and evil being. One bent on causing havoc and chaos. Now, I'm not saying Foxx will be as good as Ledger on the whole, but I do think that one line has the potential to be as effective.
Nah, I wouldn't say that dude. I guess I just have a bad habit and a strong urge to sometimes be elaborating (in details, obviously) on things I see written down on these forums, which I really agree on

I 100% get what you're saying and I too hope that Electro will get some really great and terrifying moments! Obviously, the 4 minute sizzle-reel is heavily edited. The sequence at the Big Apple included. I can't wait to see how that whole time-square sequence will play out in its entirely. It has a strong chance of coming across very effectively. I can already see it in my mind
