You guys remember how incredibly amazing the Man of Steel trailers had the movie look like!?... Yeah, me too :-(
Here's hoping that Spidey 2 can actually deliver just as strong a movie!

It was pretty awesome of Zimmer saying "Is that you want to release it to all the world?" That right there shows his passion for this movie and that alone makes hope he can stay and look forward to hearing that piece in the trailer

do you guys think it will be a completly new trailer? what a few shots from SDCC?

I could tell you that it's gonna be all new footage, and that it'll be the most badass thing ever... But I could very well be lying. When it all comes down to it, nobody knows what we're gonna get. Only the big boys (insiders) who's making this trailer knows (and Hans Zimmer).

There will most likely be some things from the comic-con footage in there (which by the way every one of Us saw illegally). We weren't meant to see it to begin with, remember that.

But what I DO feel quite confident in telling you my friend, is this:

I believe that Sony, Webb & co. really wants/means to make a giant splash with this coming trailer. I think they truly wanna knock people over with this one! And seeing how when the trailer premieres there will only be 4.5 months till the opening of the actual movie (in some countries even 3 weeks less), we are definitely far enough ahead to the point where I believe that they're skipping the so called teaser and instead is giving Us a full blown bad_ass bite-you-in-your-ass trailer! A trailer that'll both be hinting at the grand scope (which is said to be like doubled from the first film!) and also to the more sophisticated feel, which I truly think has been lifted as well. HOPEFULLY, come december 5'th, Spiderman will promote the biggest and absolute best of his movies ever made!

I would like to see both of these. It'll be nice to not only see them in HD but also with the added polish that was missing from the SDCC footage.

I definitely think there'll be plenty of things to get excited about in this trailer. We're pretty late in the game. They more than likely have a bunch of VFX shots ready.

Yeah considering what's been shown in the poster I can only imagine what goodies are in store for us with this first trailer. I'm drooling with anticipation.

Looking at that new leaked banner, it looks like Electro can actually fly???

I think he can fly if he is near anything that can conduct electricity, not necessarily just metal.

Hmm. Well we know that he will wear a sweatshirt during the Times Square battle, and ends up at Ravencroft at some point. That's probably where he obtains his "special" suit and then goes out and wrecks havoc. So maybe he will have it on for two battles.

I think I changed my mind about the order in which things happens to him. Max gets turned into Electro and THEN gets placed in that containment suit (whatever was in the Electro teaser). He talks to Dr. Kafka, and gets angrier and angrier. He escapes, destroys Times Sq, and Spidey stops him.

Perhaps he makes his containment suit?

from the looks of it he has the hoody on while confused and dazed, so its probably after that he is captured and has a scene with kafka
