It's been two years since it stared. So I think Kitty is 17 same with Bobby. Rogue may be 18.

Storm is 20
Jean 20
Scott I think is 22
Peter, not sure 18-20.

No, Rogue is 15, Kirkman has stated it himself in an interview. Bobby is 15, as well and since Kurt was 14 when he joined, he should be that age as well. (I don't think that much time has passed, canon-wise?) Kitty is the youngest, so she should be 13-14. She should at least not be as old as the artist made her look.

But it's been two years since the first issue. Jean even said she was 18 at the beginning and the Cablerine arc had her birthday as 20.

then how old is she now? I remember she was REALLY young when she was first introduced way back in Hellfire and Brimstone
Wouldn't she be the same age as Spider-man? At those ages a year made a lot of difference

since when do actual years translate into comic years!

i loved this issue- it was an obvious look at the same scenes from X3 only this did it better. No stupid love triangle and ice skating scene(bobby doing what he should have done in the movie) Scott actually being there- definite characterisation, a good scene with colossus and KITTY IS GONE!!!!*does a happy dance*

Probably since the Ultimate verse is actually supposed to run different and close to real time than the regular Marvel verse.

That's not true, 100 issuse of Ultimate Spider-man = 1 year. Took a hell of a lot longer to get to issuse #100 than 1 year.

Why am I still hearing about Singer writing for the UXM? Eww. The last thing Ultimate is a Singer washing them out into more cutouts. Good lord, I really don't want Storm to become A BIGGER USELESS TOOL.

Ugg, I just threw up a little in my mouth.

For some reason, there are some people genuinely think he gets the x-men he doesn't over-identify with. Really.

Psychologists and sociologists still are trying to figure that one out.

Good call on assuming Singer would easily pull it off, no matter how difficult actually doing so would be. :woot:

I want Singer to come and write this book. Id take anyone over Kirkman right now and I dont see him as being so bad

i think we have to accept ultimate storm is useless. As of right now she has no storyline, she hasn't since beast died. The shadow king seems to be building up to a story for her and beast returning should provide her with something to do.
i'm OK with Singer writing because the comic is set in the world he set up in the movies essentially.

What are people afraid Singer will do to the team that's so bad?

Refer to the cardboard cut-out populated x-flicks. :woot:

But, meh, I'm not exactly of Kirkman's work on the book (ewwww), so about anyone has a shot at doing better. I just doubt Singer's work would be significantly better. *shrugs*

The upcoming Beast issue and the morlocks issue (hoping for Callisto) is what I'm looking foward to most. Other than that I dont too much see her actually, you know, being useful.

I agree, I think Kirkman's writing is getting worse every issue. Xavier in love with Jean? That really took the cake. There are so many thing i don't like about the Cable arc and part 1 of Aftermath. Even Xavier dying seemed so blah. When it happened in that battle no one really reacted. Only Jean. It just seemed so stiff. And why in god's name would you kill off the prof?

Here we've got some sweet pages by Yanick Paquette, Serge LaPointe and Stephane Peru, featuring the introduction of a new character into the Ultimate Universe. These guys are doing a great job on the book.

Ultimate Pyro anyone?

I love that preview pages and if that's Ultimate Pyro, they did a great design for him.

Looks like he can generate flame from those pages though. Guess we'll find out if that's the case soon enough.

Ultimate Pyro...meh. Theirs already enough crap in the book because their are so many characters, now another is added. It's a good start if they write him correctly, is this from #82?

Well this issue focuses on Kurt and his exile so I doubt it'll add any confusion to the current stories. Pyro will most likely be a throw away character anyway so no worries ;)
