I think that's what they're leading us to believe, but it could be anybody. When JLA relaunched, the final cover didn't reflect the silhouettes.

I don;t think so, that looks alot more like Kitty.

She looks like Kitty to me, but i'm telling you it's Rogue. She stayed at the mansion and isn't co-starring in Ultimate Spiderman, and thats enough for me

Im not happy about that. Angel was by far the worst ultimate X-man aside from Nightcrawler. Love 616 Warren, but ultiamte Warren is a whiny little b-tch

the woman to the far left is Rogue, since Shadowcat is now co-starring in Ultimate SPiderman

I hope it is Rogue...


But definitely looks like Kitty. Look at the little slipper things she's got on her feet.


But I think Rogue is the more interesting character.

what the hell? are we just ignoring the institute team for the forseeable future? and wasn't the reason kitty left that she didn't want to deal with this or maybe she lied and wasn't over bobby. Either way I hate her character i wished she was gone for good.

I'm actually REALLY happy that Jean, Scott, and Wolverine aren't in it. Deliriously happy, actually. Those three have been sucking up panels with the same goddamn stories for too damn long. Now it's time for other characters to be expanded on that haven't had a complete story, for themselves, in three to five f'n years.

Yea that's right. I said it, and yeah I'm talking about Bobby, Storm, Angel, Dazzler, Rogue... you know people who haven't slept with Wolverine, Jean, or Scott.

So what does everyone think of the cover to 84? The only characters I can make out here are Bishop, Angel, Dazzler (Yay!), Storm. Any gueses on the rest?

Also, I don't see how anyone can say that the one on the far left is definitely Kitty or Rogue. "Oh, in a book full of skinny waifs, that skinny waif on the far left with no identifiable features MUST be this one or this one." Please, there is absolutely no way anyone can say that figure is one person or another. For all we know, they could be bringing back the Ultimate versions of Psylocke or Karma. The only slight clue we could have is that there appears to be some kind of oversized glove on her one hand. Heck, it could even be the introduction of Ultimate Surge.

And sorry Goddess, but it looks like the middle front figure is Wolverine. Look at the one leg of Dazzler close to the middle figure. You can see the shadow of his claws down there.

I like that. Call me crazy though but I don't think that is Angel, unless it's been offically annouced. I think the hair makes him appear really young. It could be one of the other 'angel' like mutaints in 616 such as Icarus. We have met Cannonball, Icarus' brother so why not?

i have to say, i LOVE this cover.... cant believe we have to wait till August to get the issue tho!!

The tag, "All new, All Ultimate"..... is there a possibility that the creative team (writer/artist) will also be new?

If nothing changes, knowing Kirman's writing and last seen pencils, the cover will be the best part of this issue .

Kitty didnt start to bug me till Kirkman took over. She was always a little annoying, but she got a whole lot worse under him. Im glad she's gone too

Unless her hand is down her skirt, then that's one strangely shaped skirt.

All I can make out is Storm (flying in the air, or it could be Jean because it looks like she'd ave fire surrounding her), Pyro (the one holding his right hand up, it's directly below the person flying), Bishop (obviously, the one on the far right), Dazzler ( spikey hair, boots...sooo Dazzler ), Wolvie (obviously, the one in the middle (as always)), and Jean ( I think thats her on the far left botton side. Or in the air, but I'm more certaint that thats Ororo).

At leats we know Peter isn't on the team I liked Ultimate Pete.
