Uh, that's hair, not a hood. And ult Rogue has never worn a hood as a part of her costume, so I don't know how that could make it be her anyway.

Even if they've got new uniforms, that's NOT a hood. You can clearly see where the hair ends just above her shoulders and the strands of hair off the side. You couldn't see that if she was wearing a hood.

What are you talking about? The area around her head is mostly BLACK because it's right by Dazzler's shoulder.

There's one small piece of background showing through where the hood could reasonably be coming into the shoulders of her uniform. That's not proof that it's not a hood...

Which I surmised it prolly WOULDN'T BE in my first post. I'd have liked it to be Rogue, but I doubt it is. I find it more likely it's JEAN.

You can clearly see the background where the hair stops above her right shoulder, which would be covered if there was a hood because it would connect to her shoulders, not stop and have a space like that. And again, you can see a lot of strands of her hair around her head, which you wouldn't see because they would be covered by a hood as well. There is no hood.

And sorry Goddess, but it looks like the middle front figure is Wolverine. Look at the one leg of Dazzler close to the middle figure. You can see the shadow of his claws down there.

I think the team consists of Storm, Angel, Wolverine, Bishop (field leader), Dazzler, Rogue (in the skirt), and Iceman (in the goggles, maybe a new design?).

I have a query about the new cover... between what we are assuming is Dazzler and Wolvering, there is a bizarre looking hand, which to me looks more like Beast's paw than a regular hand.. what do u guys think?

Hey, give Kirkman some credit. Perhaps the old team didn't strike his muse, maybe a team create by him will generate better stories. I think so because Kirkman is a good writer in general.

They're really not if you think about how he usually stands. By the looks of his feet, he's in a pose that has him running forward, and in those kinds of poses, he usually has one arm swinging in front of him, so if his left arm his curved in front of his body, then those claws are not out of place at all. And even if that was Beast, that doesn't explain the claws.
