I'm in the UK too, I read tpb and have no idea when the Gambit thing went away. Did we see it or just hear about it?

i just read the ult x-men and spider man comic in one thing lol

i duno when it goes away ( obviously lol) but i would think they would show it. it would be stupid for her to just be back to normal again in one issue and not at least mention it

It musta been part of the magic arc but it was crap.

Oh and those comics that are mixed are way behind.

i don't think gambit is dead, maybe that was a clone made by sinister. and psylocke is gonna make a comeback.

well it didnt show what happend to gambit and juggs ( as far as i know) so he could come back. psylocke already did make a come back sorta for like a page in another body. ( i cant spell her name so im not gonna try lol)

^ neither would i, i sorta liked him. the way he explained everything at the end made it seem like he just didnt have a control over his powers like i thought he did. they just acted on there own.

I just didn't like it. Actually Ult X-men has never been that great for me, Ult Spider-man is so much better.

Like you'll end up being a villain, or like Jean in 616, no body knows what to do with your powers and character. Can't go forward, can't go backward.
Trust me, if you like a character, the last thing you want is to let writers write him/her sooo powerful.

Writers not knowing what the f**k to do with them, fans/writers/editors starting to hate them with a vengeance rather than merely "not like them".

I like Angel coz I like Angels but he is a bit boring at the moment, it's like he's waiting to do something cool.

616 Warren is one of my favorite characters. He has a strong personality and alot of confidence despite is physical appearance (the wings). He has tons of charisma, charm, and guts. He's smart, a leader, courageous. I understand the need for changes when Ultimatizing characters, but the writers have taken all of that out and completely butchered him. Even if he was a new character he'd suck. He whines way too much and I got sick of the pity party fast. The guy is a wimp and a disgrace. Not to mention boring. There are several X-men I cant stand now bc of hte current writing, but I hated Angel from the getgo. 616 Angel didnt have an interesting power but his personality more than made up for it. Unfortunetly Ult-Angel doesnt have that benefit and just falls flat on all accounts. If he wants to make and impact and do something meaningful then I say let him die

She is annoying but Angel is just plain useless as well as annoying. What has he done worthwile? I dont read Ult Spiderman but at least she has a role there and does stuff. Angel was a pathetic X-man and a shell of his 616 counterpart
