Which is why it makes more sense that it's not Psylocke to me. All the ways she's acted on the covers doesn't gel with the Psylocke we've seen so far, and Bishop is gathering these X-Men to fight the return of the Sentinels, what good is a telepath going to be against them?

We dont know what her powers are. This will be the first time she will be seen fighting since taking over Kwannon's body. For all we know Kwannon wasnt a telepath at all

And covers don't always show what happens in a book. Unless it happened on panel, we can't take it as fully in canon.

And as stated before, she's in a new psychic body, which doesn't mean she'd have them there either.

she has her powers. and they wouldnt invent a power or ablity just for the sake of a cover. so i'd say she has them.
