I can accept that but what I can't accept is Dazz, Beast, and Kurt dieing. They died so pointlessly! I mean Kurt saw the wave coming. He had plenty of time to port them to a rooftop or something.

The book isn't that bad. Coleite is stuck making a book work with what's going on in Ultimatum, which basically leaves the status as "glorified tie-in" despite being a stand-alone story, and he's not doing a bad job at that.

Not to mention that he had to pick up the pieces Kirkman left, and did a heck of a job with that, too. His first story, the Banshee thing, was leagues better than anything Kirkman wrote, with more depth and character development than Kirkman could have dreamed of on this title.

It's too bad, because Coleite probably could have done something with this title to make it his, much akin to the way Millar did, and much akin to the way Vaughan did. But no, he had to clean up the mess and be the designated driver unto the Ultimate End.

Yeah, I have no problem with the way the events are being written, I just don't like any of this "end of the universe" business. Everything is in shut-down mode.

And was Juggernaut massively depowered or something? The punk that Guardian was pwning was not the Cain Marko I remember fighting Gambit

Thanks Specter. Finch is really good with these big widescreen team shots. He also made Jean's costume look hot. I think she looks much better with that design than those big silly yellow gloves

Jean has an E cup in that pic and poor little Storm looks like a A or B cup. I thought superpowers went hand in hand with huge boobs but clearly Storm never got that memo.

Big cups go more easily hand-in-hand with breast cancer, so there's no reason to be upset if you don't have PF to help you defend against it.

It makes me mad that Doctor Doom isn't more involved w/ Ultimatum. He and Magneto should be the top 2 baddies in the Ultimate Universe. Doom's going after Mags, let's hop we get to see a fight between the 2

Considering he's dressed in full metal gear from head to toe, that might not be a good idea
