Actually I thought that was Jean in disguise when I looked at this. After everything thats happened it would make sense that she would have to go undercover plus I'm sure she'd still be haunted by all the death of friends and enemies around her. Plus that would explain the attention given to Cyke's body.

It would take the revival of Ultimate Gambit to make me even be interested in this now. I have no faith in Loeb. None at all.

They said it was post Ultimatum so I assume it's a continuation of sorts.

It would take the revival of Ultimate Gambit to make me even be interested in this now. I have no faith in Loeb. None at all.

Gambit's taking enough abuse in all the other dimensions of Marvel right now... best he stay dead here, rather than re-join the sloppiest division of Marvel there is.

I wouldn't really consider "terrified" and "tear-filled" as a special look. Plus, she looks too young, like a girl who was just at her dresser brushing her hair, and her hair is too dark. Almost gothic of a look. Plus, like I said, she's supposed to be dead, if she's revealed alive anywhere, it will likely be in a bigger book like the Avengers one or as part of an "event".

Well, I'm not sure about it, I don't feel anything about corpses.

Don't forget that Ultimatum ended with Pietro describing Cyke's death to a unrevealed woman and saying that she would find the similarities between his death and Wanda's amusing. That whole segment hinted heavily that that woman was Wanda and that she was alive. If this is Wanda than it would make sense that she'd be haunted by the deaths that her supposed murder caused. Possibly leaving an opening for some resurrecting to happen down the line.

i really didnt like ultimatum, but i liked the fact lots of the main haracters died. maybe it's finally time to creat some new characters instead of recycling the old ones?
if an ultimate comics x-men will be made, and if they don't restart the series but continue it from the aftermath of ultimatum, i really hope they stop recycling.
i don't know if it's something that's been discussed here (because i'm new and don't feel like reading all the pages in this thread) but who do you think should write the ultimate comics x-men if it would be made, and what do you think should be in it?

Ultimate mimic would be very cool. The best twist on it would be playing with the mutants were created by man angle. Mimic is the accidental result of his father trying to replicate the original mutation of the genome. Not an "experimented on his son" thing. Just a sneakily ingested something when he was a toddler or something

Ultimate Daken could be. I'm very hesitant to jump back into Ultimate x-Men comics.

I might grab this one, I like Mimic a lot and I'm more certain of this being Mimic than Daken.

Same here dude but it honestly can't be worse than Ultimatum. Atleast we'll finally be seeing some mutant action in the Ult universe again.

I might grab this one, I like Mimic a lot and I'm more certain of this being Mimic than Daken.

Yeah I really don't see it being Daken. My money is on Mimic.
