There are only about 200 mutants left on Earth. Everyone else lost their powers. Don't worry about your favorite characters, though; the only people who lost their powers were Jubilee and a few million characters nobody gave a crap about.

No he wasnt. He had a wheelchair in Excalibur. Morrison had him walking after he got healed by Xorn but in Planet X, it was revealed that it was due to nannites, which Xorn extracted and recrippled him. He had a wheelchair in Excalibur. He didnt start walking again till Deadly Genesis and that was due to the Scarlet Witch's magicI thought Grant Morrison had him walking before that...he was walking in Excalibur
lol...he wasnt. This was Xavier in Excalibur. They even gave him a new wheelchair. His legs werent healed until after M-Day hitim pretty sure he was walking around in Genosha
