Official: "Where did you get your Joker costume?" thread

I know we have a Joker costume thread already, but this one is less about showing off your costumes and more about working together to pinpoint the best places to obtain each individual article of clothing. For example, what are the best places to search for the green vest? That seems to be the toughest clothing item for people to find. Also, if you find an overcoat, is it possible to dye the outside purple while changing the color of the inside to red/orange? Oh, yeah! Does Joker wear anything over his vest (aside from the overcoat)?

I know some of these questions are answered in the other thread, but it's such a mess and it's so painful trying to go through all 100+ pages just to find a post that answers your question.
