MTV chatted with "Underworld" franchise star Kate Beckinsale, who says she's not interested in playing Wonder Woman:

As Kate Beckinsale sees it, she could never play Wonder Woman even if the part were offered to her.

"I never got the underwear," she explained recently. "My mother didn't believe in nylon underwear. She thought it made you itchy."

It's been nearly a year since rumors surfaced that Beckinsale would star in Joss Whedon's "Wonder Woman" movie, and the actress is still having to answer to it.

"I get texted from friends all around the world saying, 'That's so awesome! I'm so happy for you. That's so great,' and I have to just text them and say, 'It's actually not true,' " Beckinsale said. "I think I've embarrassed my daughter quite enough."

Actually, there's a more honest reason beyond wardrobe: A superhero movie is not what Beckinsale wants to do next. Judging by her upcoming movie, it seems the actress is more interested in dramas.

She's a great actress, she's gorgeous, and she carries the same traits as WW. What's not to love?

BTW, I definitely think she's a far healthier weight than most of the other Skeletors that are being considered.

I've been checking out Nadia Borljin pictures and i agree. She definetely looks the part. Nice curvy body and beautiful blue eyes.
But I don't know how well she can act.

Firts choice....Liv Tyler
Second choice.... Jenny Connelly

Actually, if you see this:

I chose JC to be my WW
but somehow I don´t think she would accept the role if it was offered to her, but maybe LT would (I didn´t use her as my WW, becasue I have her reserved for a character in a story that I´m working on...)

and BTW, I also think that LT looks a lot healthier that most of the ther girls that have been mentioned here, at least she have some meat on her bones...

I can't believe i haven't seen Rebecca Romijn's name here for WW. She's obviously perfect, just dye her hair! She's been in X-men and other various action movies, and she can act. She's super tall, very pretty, still young enough and isn't flat chested.
